I bought a cocoon standing fireplace in 2021 and the black hood rusted. Top3bydesign replaced this hood but the same thing happened again and I haven’t been able to get a response from them since. Big shame because it has disfigured a good product.
I would have liked them to admit when they replaced it that the same thing was going to happen again, so that I could perhaps have got money back instead. The RRP was $3300.
Amazing local store with the best range of designer homewares and furniture (among other delights!) We frequently purchase gifts for people from Top3 and they are often well received and loved by friends and family. Lovely staff who are always willing to help.
The team in Richmond went out of their way to assist me. They kindly assembled my wine rack purchase. I can only say how much I appreciated their effort. The ambience in the store in most inviting.

Parcel delivery was very slow to Perth and when it arrived the product was broken.
