Rip off company. Purchased a copy of Resident Evil 2 4th Survivor almost a year ago with shipping and nothing was ever despatched. Repeated emails for updates and eventual requests for refunds were ignored. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered some 3D printed minifigures for my DnD campaign and they came out with great quality. Also got a Mtg player mat and it got delivered with no problems. Definitely my new go to place for this sort of things.

Purchased something from here, got a email saying that they were away and it would be posted the following monday which was fine. The problems started when i never received my item so i emailed them back twice the first time being ignored the second time when i threated to claim my money back and leave a review, they then emailed me saying it would be posted on Wednesday and I'd receive a tracking number which i never got also express delivery i wouldnt even bother with it. This company is a shambles and full of lies avoid buying from here and read other reviews.

Not much to say is a good thing to say. Ordered, honest email to say small delay cause of personal issues, shipped.
The email is barely needed it was fast enough so went out their way to make sure you were in the loop.

Absolute horse s**t, placed an order, took a month to “ship it”, provided no tracking or shipping notification, contacted several times, told it had been dropped of at the post office, weeks past with nothing turning up and no response after opening up a Paypal case, got my money back in the end. Stay clear, this business should be shut down!

Made a few orders from here before, and I'm always happy with the service provided, ordered my first ever 3D prints, normally i just order box sets, but i got myself some star wars 3d prints and i'm honestly surprised at the detail on them! i only ordered a couple of them just now to see what there like, but ill definitely buy more :)

Just ordered some star was minis, 3D printed ones, for my star wars legion force im currently doing, fantastic detail, good delivery time, ill order some more soon once i get these ones painted up.

I placed two orders with Top Hatted Hamster back in early 2020. Both orders are still incomplete as of 2022. When the delays first began he fed me a pack of lines about delays, issues with the post office, and health problems. Because of the obvious issues that were happening with supply lines I was willing to accept that for a while, though the longer these excuses went on the more suspicious I became. Eventually THHG offered me my money back, as well as the full order, neither money or goods ever arrived. Because I had let the delays happen for so long I wasn't able to get my money back from PayPal, and as THHG had stopped replying to my messages (I messaged him by email, Discord, WhatsApp, and his own sites messaging service, and he couldn't reply to any. This was a common problem with THHG) I decided to chalk the whole thing up as a loss.

Then, a month ago, almost six months after I gave up communications, and two years after the initial order, THHG contacted me to discuss the order. He had heard I was unhappy with the service (I had posted a message in a miniature gaming discord warning not to use his shop) and he wanted to make amends. He again promised to send out the remainder of my order, and refund me. I was very clear that I didn't want him to waste my time anymore, if he planned to fulfill his obligations that would be great, but if he just wanted to lie to me and make excuses again not to bother. His words exactly were 'I promise'.

One month on and I still haven't received my credit or my orders, and THHG is again ignoring my messages.

Do not order from this company. They cannot be trusted with your money. When they do bother to contact you about any problems you may be having it will be to either make excuses or lie to you. Spend your hard earned money with another shop, and save the headache.

The website had items shown as in stock, upon purchase and chasing them up, I was told that they would need to be ordered, this was with the option of next day delivery, which I purchased.

I was then offered the chance to wait or have a refund, I opted for a refund for it was meant as a gift and have NOT YET received the refund.

This company is a massive scammer don’t ever buy from here!!

I was looking for a specific product when I was contacted by the seller, not only did they source me a copy free of charge but talk to the distributor about another product I was looking for, after deciding to purchase more for them out of gratitude I found that delivery on there in stock items were fast and reliable. Overall great service.

Ordered in October, still no item.
Told me it was in customs, told me it was in the post.
No longer replies to emails.
