Amazing staff and service
I was so nervous about having the first part of my dental tooth implant inserted, however Antonio and Ellie were absolutely amazing. Very informative, kind and reassuring. They are lovely people who make you feel relaxed and calm during your appointment. Also the receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Can’t fault them at all. So so happy with my experience and I can’t wait for my next appointment to get the next stages for my teeth done! (For bury st Edmund’s branch)

I had an amazing experience at Tooth Club Berkhamsted. From start to finish was extremely professional. My treatment coordinator Liberty was reassuring and did not make pressured. I went ahead with full bonding and all of the staff were so helpful throughout the whole process! They also advised me to join their Composite bonding aftercare plan which is fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone!🩷

Regulatory Failures, Predatory Finance, and Medical Negligence
I had treatment at 207‑209 High St, Berkhamsted, HP4 1AD, United Kingdom on 3rd March 2026 (composite bonding and cavity filling), and I am very disappointed with the experience.
•I was misled about the costs — initially told an extra £180 would be needed for a filling (I was on the phone asking my boyfriend to come back so we could leave as I wasn’t going to pay an extra £180)
then got offered a discount & pressured to accept 50% off while waiting in the clinic. To be able to receive my already paid for composite bonding.
•The clinic ran a “lucky winner” voucher competition, which I later discovered was misleading — multiple other people received the same vouchers without context. Only applies to the most expensive treatment.
(Discount was never applied) on my invoice
•The finance agreement was arranged online without seeing a dentist beforehand, and a few forms were completed on my behalf while on the consultation.
•I have received constant messages and calls about finance approval and after-care plans, which felt pressuring and stressful.
•Since the treatment, I have had ongoing pain, and the clinic has refused or delayed providing my dental records, including X-rays and treatment notes.
•My paperwork also contains multiple inaccuracies, including incorrect treatment dates.
This treatment resulted in a necrotic tooth and systemic Sepsis, requiring emergency treatment and an NHS surgical extraction to save my life.
Overall, I feel the treatment was poorly managed, mis-sold, and the follow-up care has been inadequate. I would not recommend this clinic if you value your money & health.
