Broken lamp not replaced within guarantee
Bought a bike lamp that stopped working 10-11 months in. Sent them an email and they demanded video evidence and by that point it was working again. It gave up completely a few weeks later. Again sent them video proof after which they ask if I had tried fixing it with electronic cleaner which I don't have at home. I said no and then no reply. Another email from me and them saying they won't replace it with no explanation. So when they say "1 year guarantee" I've learned to take it with a bit of salt.. won't shop there again.
