I’ve ordered a tool from them at £100 more than a month ago and never came,they didn’t reply to my emails

Just a repetition of the similar messages posted on here. Ordered two Makita tools in early November. Got order confirmation and an email to say that status moved to awaiting shipment. Emailed multiple times to chase as cannot find a phone number. Eventually find a phone number ending 15 and that just rings and rings and rings. So now requested refund through my credit card.

My dad ordered a drill at £137 back at the start of November, only just asked me for help & here I am. Complete scam, clever one though I have to admit! Got him straight on the phone to his bank despite his certainty they wouldn’t do anything but it took 20 mins of him giving info & a short time on hold for the bank to refund his £137 & make sure the scammers have no more access to his account. Please take the information you have to your bank!

This form is a con, nothing arrived after four weeks. Gone said had been despatched. Got an email with tracking number, parcel never moved in two weeks. Absolute .com merchants. Now their landline is turned off, says it all. Thank heavens for Section 75 and credit cards. Avoid this cowboy outfit at all costs. Utter con merchants.

Just been on to the bank to process a refund and to stop any future payments going to this website.My item was lastday for arrival today and deep down I was sure something didn't seem right, with the length of time I had waited with zero correspondence from them.My bank was brilliant and also told me that the payment had been set up to be a re-occuring payment so please be sure to call your bank and put a stop to any future payments being taken.Sick sad people, in a sick sad world is all I can say...

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago, still nothing has arrived, sent 3 emails no response, and the websites can't be reached, is this a scam

I cancelled my order after reading reviews,got an email confirming a refund,of course I didn’t get my money back & the replies to my emails all stopped.

First time ever been caught out have reported to the bank but lost £50 to this company thank goodness it wasn’t more. How the hell do they get away with it. Like everyone else AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Same story as everyone else place a order on the 16/11/23 received a confirmation email. No other contact. Ive emailed twice and messaged 3 times on the web page got zero reply now the website is gone. Im gutted. What i ordered was a gift for my sons birthday so had to order from another site which was legit. Im stil £132 pounds down. I will contact my bank fingers crossed i get my money back

We ordered a Makita Router early in November and have not received it.
We have tried every way to contact the company with no success.

I've ordered 3 makita tools and have not received anything saying it's with UPS and they are investigating. Ive contacted my bank for a refund!!!! Think this company is a scam

Conmen. As of today 5/12/2023 toolsmaster.co.uk do not exist. Ask your bank for chargeback if you ordered from the site.

PHONE YOUR BANK TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Same as lots of others, order not received, two email responses with excuses, then nothing and clearly now website shut down. This is very similar to another website from a few months ago, offering amazing prices. Suggests the same team of scammers, but now offering more realistic prices to catch people out.

I had to give 1 star ,but would not have given any this is just a pure scam ,can't contract any more , just hope that karma kicks in

scam website, has now vanished, have reported for fraud. reported to google, also reported via my bank. turns out the payment they took was set up as a recurring payment, so please everyone, check that too, and make sure you cancel it.

Same as others, been scammed for the first time in my life. I cant believe how little interest there is from the domain host, stripe payments, google pay etc. It has taught me you are not protected at all. Directors name is Ante Urlic, a Croation national. I do hope someone close by finds him
