TFX Trade Manager and TFX Supply Demand tool

I have bought both the Trade Manager EA and the Supply and Demand indicator for MT4. In principal they are good, but the Supply and Demand Indicator is laggy when switching between time frames, and always defaults to the time frame the chart is in, even though I don't want to see the lower time frame S & R's. The Trade Manager would check if the license is valid randomly in the middle of the day, or whenever I want to place a scalp trade, and by the time it validated the license the price has moved. What's the point then?
