Good shop with the best prices. Fast shipping with reasonable packaging. Customs were already done, so no need to bother with the local shipping company.

Excellent customer service. Impressive products
The shipper lost the package in transit. Toolsaving contacted the shipper, tracked down the package, and made sure it was delivered! An exceptional effort. I am very pleased with the products themselves (TS101, MHP30, ES155, MDP-XP). They are so compact yet very good performance compared to other options that are more complicated, clunky, and expensive. It has taken me many years to find a mini soldering iron that actually works on real projects. I think TS101 is finally the one.

Outstanding service
The TS100 Golden solder iron was received in less than two weeks and is working fine.
The TS100 item was packaged by TOOLSAVING in a double box (a smaller box inside a larger box) providing a very strong, crush-proof packaging which protected the beautiful TS100 from any possible damage and so was received in perfect condition.
