Purchased 6 v feeders. Sent 2 that were completely different to what was described. Will not refund.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same…
I accidentally ordered 2 of the same items. I have sent 3 emails to them to date, to enquire about sending the extra unopened item back and they have not responded (almost a month since I sent the 1st email)
To add, the item I bought is very low quality

Website states free shipping. Ordered an item then received an email asking for an extra for shipping. Contacted the company and was only offered a refund. Also known as Timaling Trading Pty Ltd. ABN 28 602 991 453. Has had previous issues with ASIC. Should be shut down.

I ordered an item from them which hasn’t been shipped after three days. An intial response via email stated it will be shipped the next day. Further enquiries after that did not happen remained unanswered.

Don't waste your time trying to buy anything from this business.
I bought a honey spinner online with free shipping as advertised. Seller then emailed me demanding an aditional $70 "for freight". I said "no", it was advertised and sold with "free shipping in AU". There was no response other than to refund the purchase "by my request"! I know that this is not the first time this business has demanded additional $ after the product had already been paid for at the advertised price.
