Never received order, no customer service and had to dispute charge

Placed order 104192 for a TV part on toolpartsdirectusa com on 4/21/2026. I used Paypal. At the end of the Paypal transaction I was returned to a different website that did not exist (ectricdrill com). My order showed a status of "Pending payment". The charge to my credit card through Paypal was successful. Waited a few days to see if they would receive payment. I then tried to contact them through their contact us page several times. No response. They have no other contact information on their website. I eventually cancelled my order and disputed charge. Appears to be a scam.
