I ORDERED WITH TO A LADY CALLED MB, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL CONSULTANT AND THAT GAVE ME AN IDEA OF YOUR PERSONEL APPROACH TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS, SHE DID HER UTMOST BEST TO GET MY ORDER, EVEN SO THAT IT ARRIVED ON THE SAME DAY, SUPA SERVICE, FRIENDLY, QUICK AND HELPFUL

I purchased "red" oxide powder from this company. Before confirming my purchase, I messaged them to make sure about the exact shade of the product, as I was looking for a very specific red (and I know that colours on screens can look different from the actual originals). They replied to confirm that it was the colour I was after. However, upon receiving my order, I was hugely disappointed (and more than a little angry) to see that the colour was incorrect - in fact, they supplied the colour which I specifically told them I didn't want! I e-mailed the company in this regard but they haven't even bothered to reply to my message and I certainly don't expect them to collect the incorrect product and refund my money. If I hadn't bothered to speak to them before purchasing, I would just accept the fault as mine - but I did contact them, and was lied to!! In fact, the only feedback I have received from this company (after doing a negative review) is "based on the information that was given to us by the supplier, we never lied". What a copout!! My only reply is that you shouldn't hide behind what the supplier tells you, you should check - especially when someone specifically asks you to do so!! This company seems extremely unprofessional, not only misrepresenting products they sell, but also lying directly when asked about it. Will never purchase from them again.
