Whole Foods has Great Bags
I primarily look at Whole Foods and if I click a surprise bag 1/2 second after it appears (and I’m inthe app) it’s often gone. I feel like people have set up bots/programs that grab them first. Wish this could be prevented.
WF’s selections are very good and the bag often contains items exceed the original price. Usually it’s very high quality.

So far so good on going to the…
So far so good on going to the restaurants , service at Alex’s bistro was wonderful. The food was great. Also, it was hot and served well.. also big bond. Bogota was awesome. Quantity was amazing. so far this is all we’ve tried. However, my husband is picking up from the Mojito bites restaurant tonight we expect it will be wonderful.

Amazing offers
A friend recommended the app and I was a bit weary at first. But I gave it a go and was shocked at how generous the offerings were. We have tried a bakery, and Indian restaurant and a sushi takeaway. All have been above satisfactory. I really recommend the app and the offers.

Two Separate Orders
Lasf week, I was finally able to reserve a meal from Blood Brothers BBQ and about half an hour before leaving to pickup, I was notified they had nothing left. Still waiting on my refund.
I also ordered from Tiffs Treats even on the next day and was able to pick up both orders at the same time, flawlessly!

Very easy to understand and use the app. Lots of outlets available with a good range of produce available throughout the day. On the several occasions that I have used the app I have encountered no issues at all, and collection of items from the various outlets has been straightforward and quick.

Greggs Too Good To Go Bag
This was my first time buying a "Too good to go" bag. I played it safe and went to Greggs. I wasn't sure of what to expect (even after watching a couple of videos on Instagram). However, I was pleasantly surprised with what I was given: a chicken and bacon baguette, chicken goujons, 2 pork sausage rolls, a glazed doughnut and a piece of Tottenham cake! I will be purchasing again; I may try other stores! All the food was fresh and of good quality.

I didn’t get the food
I didn’t get the food. 9:00pm Pizza Hut had no idea what I was talking about. Kept asking if I had the correct store, they did not have my order number even after I showed them my email receipt and the receipt from the app. I accepted the pickup in the app but it did not show in Pizza Huts system. Manager said I need to ask Too Good to Go for a refund. Majestic Theater was closed when I got there at 8:20pm during the pickup window. I was refunded for that. Overall terrible customer service and will never use this app again, do not recommend. Got scammed of my $4.99 from Pizza Hut and $4.99 from Majestic Theater in the same night.

I went in on my schedule time to pick up my order and I knew it was going to be pasta. I waited in line and it was pretty busy but when it was my turn, they handed me a bag that was pretty heavy. When I got home and I looked at it, it was spaghetti, covered in Alfredo sauce. there was another small container with it when I opened it. It was cut up pieces of bread with some type of icing on it. It was hard as a rock. I actually had to throw it away. Don’t get me wrong on this restaurant, I have dined in there many many times and the food is wonderful but what they pass out and leftover stuff just is terrible. I will never go back again for something on this food app.

I was a bit disappointed by the fact…
I was a bit disappointed by the fact that half the items from my Harris Farm bag were on the Use By date and I had to throw three items away as they were already tasting off and fizzing slightly.... there was a pizza which was best before July 22 (and it was July 26). I am happy to purchase and expect 1-2 days to eat the food, but not to buy food which is obviously unsafe to eat.
