I recently purchased a jacket from Polo…

I recently purchased a jacket from Polo Ralph Lauren and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The overall quality of the product does not meet expectations for this brand.

The stitching appears poorly finished, with multiple loose threads visible throughout the garment. In addition, the jacket arrived with noticeable marks, which further detracts from its condition and presentation.

Given the brand’s reputation for quality, this was not the standard I anticipated. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future quality control improvements.
