All good, until you try to withdraw.
Round and round, told documents were fine, try to withdraw again, documents are now not fine.
Now I need to provide a trace id on an old deposit from a different channel, which cannot be obtained and they know it, incorrectly stating it is part of KYC. I work in the industry and know this is a delay tactic.
Customer service is so bad it has to be deliberate- closing chats, repeated irrelevant cut and pastes, refused to take a complaint.

I would recommend not playing on this site based on my experience. They wouldn’t let me play the game I preferred to play as they claimed I wasn’t logged in. Obviously I was and when I had to select another game, it froze and rebooted a number of times. The end result was $400 being lost on $2 bets fairly quickly. I’ll get my gaming entertainment from another gaming option that provides a reliable gaming experience.
