Took me a while to pick a platform
Took me a while to pick a platform, and it was important for me that it operates legally in Ontario. TonyBet has a KGC license and is registered with iGaming Ontario, that's what convinced me. Didn't want to mess with shady sites. Bonus is up to C$2500 plus 225 free spins. 30x wagering too, I compared it with a few others where it's 50x so this is pretty decent. At first I got a bit confused by the terms but support replied fast and explained everything.

Your horse racing markets are garbage
Your horse racing markets are garbage. You have the wrong colours on the wrong horses because your data is old. You don't give a best odds guarantee like all the any decent bookies and your stream is awful and unreliable. You can't even do place bets on Irish and UK races. Anyone who backs horses should avoid this app.
Why do you do place bets on french and US races but you can only do each way on Irish/UK races?

Their system crashed whilst I placed a…
ITheir system crashed whilst I placed a bet, when I refresh suddenly there's a 15e bet on a horse placed. A bet I never intended to put on and my betting history can attest to that as I have never put more than 3e on a horse.
The race was over an hour away yet their customer service team said they had no right to change it. Well obviously, that's implicit, bookies are never fair and so there would be a mandatory option were it legally required.
So they won't void it and I am therefore going to call them out as I believe this is an easy request for a mistake due to their software because I don't have issues with any other site I use, but they actually have more a fluid interface than a quite poor Tonybet site.
So now the myopic stance and decision not to void my bet is at least resulting in this negative review because I worked at a bookies and voiding a bet due to a genuine mistake is something we did all the time, it's only dodgy in shops cos staff have abused the system, something completely unavoidable online. I really hope karma gives me the win.
In fact I have been gambling online long enough to know they used to do this. So it's very much a discretionary issue and it makes me ask why not just walk down the road to Paddypower. I would get double odds on lucky 15s too, because for horse racing Tonybet are poor and don't even do system bet like lucky 15s etc so really what am I doing?

I’ve had a great experience with TonyBet so far. Nothing bad to say.
Withdrawals have been fast in my experience—usually within 5–6 hours, and always under 12 hours, even for withdrawals over $2,000. While it’s not the fastest I’ve seen (I’ve had some casinos process withdrawals in under 30 minutes), it’s still very good and reliable.
Customer support has been helpful whenever I’ve needed them, and there’s a huge selection of games from many different providers.
Overall, I definitely recommend TonyBet. Everything has worked smoothly for me, and I haven’t had any problems.
FYI just don’t do bonus you will be surprise of how much you need to win to get the small gain at the end. Pretty much useless to be honest… 😅
