Poor quality

Bought Toni Pons slippers. Quite expensive, but thought then they would surely last a long time... Unfortunately nothing of that sort: within less than a year big holes on both shoes. Shame, they look nice but filt quality is absolutely lousy

Wished id seen these reviews

Wished ide seen these reviews. Lost £200 from this company. They ship from Spain and if you need to return for any reason you have to pay ridiculous shipping costs. And then they got lost and they refused to answer any messages

Awful on-line shopping experience

I hope that this message gets to the right people. The shoes that I bought are great quality, I am so happy to have and wear them, and I get compliments from everybody all the time, but the on-line support (or rather the lack of it) is just not what it should be.

The first pair of boots I purchased from their shop in Barcelona, earlier this year (INDIA-SY - Women's Ankle boot in Suede). I was now buying another 2 pairs from their on-line store, with another friend, and I just recommended them to another group of friends just before the order.

So, a few days ago, I ordered 2 pair of boots. At that time both of them were in stock. Meanwhile one of them probably went out of stock or there was a system problem because I got an e-mail 5 days later just saying that they just refunded one pair of shoes.

I wrote an e-mail in exchange saying that it would have been nice to let me know if the pair is still available or not and if I would be interested in replacing it with another product since the shipping fee is 25 euro. Right? It`s not quite a small tax for such a purchase and it is not my fault the pair was not in stock anymore.

They just replied saying that they encourage me to subscribe to notifications of product availability and that it's not possible to add more products to an order that has already been placed. Why? It was not my fault in the first place; it was yours because you are in charge of the logistics.

Knowing this now should I still keep my initial opinion about them or should I just take it back based on this experience?

Thieves - stolen £200 from me

I made the error of shopping online with Toni Pons for summer shoes. 2 pairs later they get delivered. They were unfortunately too small for me. I followed their returns policy to the letter and paid £50 for recorded delivery to Spain out of my pocket. 3 weeks later, they 'claim' that they have not had them back and I'm now £250 down without shoes.

Awful customer service and zero empathy.

Poor Quality Slippers…

I bought a pair of Toni Pons slippers from a online retailer in Ireland. However, the product quality was disappointing. They developed a large hole in the toe of the slipper within one year ! It was really disappointing. When I contacted Toni Pons, they wouldn;t do anything and said I had to contact the retailer directly. They claim to be sustainable but they are not ! You would expect a pair of slippers to last for at least one year !!! Don't buy a pair - the product quality is poor as is the after sales service.
