I am VIP on many online Casinos, never have issues with customer service or withdrawals. However, with Tooniebet, once I had a big win, they blocked my account and requested a ton of documentation about my identity and income. I provided my 3 months of paystubs, my Canadian government T4 tax slips for the year, my online banking statements for the months played, I provided my drivers Licence, I even provided my companies Canadian Government business Licence with my name on it. Literally provided everything and they refuse them and request more and then stop replying when I try to escalate. Now I am a very wealthy individual and will be looking into more legal ways to go after Tooniebet but for now I want to make this public and will make a strong effort to share my story on all platforms and even contact my influencer friends to share my story as well. DO NOT USE TOONIEBET!!!!!! They will let you deposit and lose easily, once you win its impossible to cash out. This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!
