Tonerpartner (a german society), Tonerpartenaire in France, gives his packets to a very bad delivery company and the french team believes the transporter but not his customers. Today a HP cartridge of 86 euros disappeared. The piece reappeared in the evening. It had been delivered wrongly to another inhabitant of the building, who didn't receive his own packet. Verdict: I'm going to boycott Tonerpartner for his choice of a so bad transporter, for rejecting every effort to solve the case with his transporter and letting the work to his customer and for his unilateral declarations about who to trust and not.
