A very believable website

A very believable website ! and I have paid £700 for a model in production . ( STAR TREK™ U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 1:350 Scale Replica × 1) back in April 2025.

I have tried and tried to contact them to check on the progress of this production via e mail and voice mail and nothing back?

Have I been taken in by a scam, thank god I paid by a credit card so I have some protection.

Just be careful if I do receive contact from them I will update this review

Update , after calling many time I did get through to support at Tomy ( Not Tomypluss) and they assure me the Tomyplus business is real ! The lady was great but overall Tomypluss comnication is 0/10
