I was hoping to get a TomTom fixed, that according to their website they could do. With places around the UK that could fix them i thought they would be a good option.
Alas, despite their website saying "We aim to contact you within 1 working hour of your email" after 4 emails and no response at all from either their Exeter contact or their main page, i have given up with them. hope you have better luck if you try and use them
