Enttäuschend!!! Nie mehr!!!

Enttäuschend!!! Nie mehr!!!
Ich wollte meine Mutter am Muttertag mit Blumen überraschen und habe Tomflowers zum ersten Mal ausgewählt, da es hiess, dass sie, im Gegensatz zu anderen Blumenlieferanten, auch am Sonntag liefern. Es wurde mir dann in der Bestellbestätigung auch so bestätigt. Leider hat meine Mutter die Blumen einen Tag früher bekommen. Das ist einfach nicht die gleiche Überraschung! Am Telefon wollten sie mir dann erst einen kleinen Gutschein schicken, aber das Mai, welches dann folgte, war eine absolute Frechheit!!! Sie schoben den Fehler auf den Kunden, ich hätte etwas falsch eingegeben…
In der Bestellbestätigung stand es aber korrekt! Sie müssten mal ihr System überarbeiten!
Ich bestelle sicher nie mehr bei ihnen!!!
Kein Interesse an Neukunden!
Schade!!! Ein Stern für die Blumen

Sehr enttäuscht worden

Sehr enttäuscht worden habe einen Roten Ahorn gekauft. Nach nur 3 Wochen fast keine Roten Blätter mehr fast alles grün! :-( ist jetzt mein drittes mal das ich von Privatpersonen enttäuscht werde mit Ahorn Bäumen!
Kaufe nur noch beim Gartencenter!

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem…

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von diesem Shop! Die Monstera Albo kam völlig ungeschützt an, die Blätter lagen lose im Karton. Direkt nach der Ankunft habe ich Fotos mit den Schildläusen geschickt, aber der Verkäufer hat das ignoriert. Erst nach meiner zweiten Nachricht kam eine Antwort, die mir die Schuld zuschob. Unprofessionell und unhöflich! Ich kann diesen Shop absolut nicht empfehlen!
