TOTAL GARBAGE
NO REFUND only STORE CREDIT

There was no option to put 0 star else would have gone for it.

1. The product took more than 20 days to deliver and the customer care wasn't of much help. They kept responding to my concerns but not with the required information.

2. The size is way smaller than standard size so not a suitable fit hence I preferred to return.

3. Don't consider their "hassle free return" to be standard free return (which is normal in the UK if you order from Amazon etc.) upon requesting for return, I found there's no free return. They charge £6 for storage and ask the customer to bear return cost as well or just simply take 50% refund. It's ridiculous. They don't tell this upfront.

It's a conscious play of misleading the customer for selling their products anyhow.

Will not ship you the products they advertise, rather whatever fell off the back of the ship coming from China or India. Make sure to take complete evidence of the fraud, because one thing they know how to do, is to dispute chargebacks.

I recently ordered an item from this online clothing company, expecting a smooth transaction since I’m based in London, UK. To my shock, I discovered that the item was being dispatched from China, a detail that was conveniently omitted from their site.

It’s now been almost three weeks, and my order is still nowhere to be seen. The customer care is utterly useless—they respond to emails but offer no real assistance. Their standard reply is that they can’t do much about the delay. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

This company was advertised on Instagram, but don’t be fooled like I was. Their positive reviews are likely fake and generated by paid bots. Trust me, do not order from this store. I’m not even sure if I will ever receive my item. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this online shop entirely.

I was worried about delivery. On contacting Tom Ralph, via email I got a very quick response, from a brilliant person called Rheb. He sorted things out very quickly, and thanks to him parcel has arrived. T-shirt really good quality.

Continued non delivery of goods. They blamed it on courier, saying that it was out of their control. Lots of automated apology emails but no sign of delivery from evri. Have requested a refund or resending of goods. I hold my breath.....

This company is complete fraud. I, like so many others, ordered a shirt on-line. I ordered an XL, they shipped me either a Small or a Medium at best, and cut off all of the tags on the shirt! Buyer beware with this company. The website makes it look like it is quality stuff, but you are paying $70 for a $8 shirt made and shipped out of China

I made a mistake on an order and these guys help me out so well that they have me as a customer for life.

Loved the product I ordered yet one of the garments didn’t fit correctly so I reached out to start the return process and was taken care of very professionally which was a blast of fresh air givin service for things that ship internationally can be sketchy.

Product is good but initial sizing was way off. Replacement size is perfect. Whole process took over 3 months. Customer service team ( Rheb)
responded well. The shipping experience was forgettable. Product is good. Honestly not likely to order from here again.

I ordered a polo shirt for my husband from this site, when it came the quality of the material was terrible, it was very thin and see thru. I ordered a size medium, however when it came it was huge, I believe they had sent a large as they had cut the size label from the back and there was a loose label in the bag that had M on it, I would never shop there again.

The t-shirt I ordered was breathable BUT see through, so not what I expected. Sizing is tighter so recommend ordering one size up. The return is through store credit or exchange so in my humble opinion that's not "easy". I re-ordered a different shirt with the store credit, fingers crossed. The customer service is top notch, attentive, respond quickly, courteous.

It’s not the fanciest material, but it’s pretty good quality. Does take some time for it to arrive due to being shipped from china but I am satisfied with my purchase.. I got a size up after reading the reviews saying that it ran on the small size. I won’t lie I was scared after reading the reviews saying that this was a bad brand and bad things but my experience wasn’t bad. I contacted customer service after a week of my purchase due to not receiving any updates on shipping or anything and they replied promptly and were super helpful.

I ordered 2 Large shirts. When I received them, they were too small. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and have sent replacements. Great customer service.

Sizes for the Davante polo shirt are ridiculously small. I am 6’ 190lbs and a 3XL didn’t come close to fitting me. It was like a men’s medium at best. Plus the material is see through. Don’t waste your time and/or money.

Outstanding customer service. I have ordered top for my boyfriend. Was too small but he loved the design so ordered two more tops straight away. I contacted the customer service and guys sent me extra t short instead. Quick response to the email also. Amazing

I waited two months for the order to arrive only to find the shirts were two sizes too large and of poor quality.
They are putting me though hoops to try and initate a return. BUYER BEWARE
