Total clowns. We live in metro PHX they supposedly shipped the pkg 3 times and the delivery kept going back. Again we are in the heart of the city in a gated community that’s 30 years old. Amazon, FedEx and the post office are here daily. What a clown show of a company. Btw this has been going on for 4 weeks so far and still no product. Luckily I paid with AMEX platinum card. Charge back ongoing down asap on these fools

The replies back were great and did not take long, and I did receive my refund fast. However, every single one of their packages should come with a shipping label, and there should not be a storage fee. Like what is that? They held the package before shipping, they can't hold it after a return? Also their shirts run really small, but other than that, costumer service was well.

I bought my son 2 polo shirts and they are beautiful. I had a problem and found out this company has incredible customer service. They got back to me in a timely manner, problem solved.

Ordered shirt, excellent quality at a fair price, delivered as promised.Will use this company again.

Unfortunately they do not ship to Guernsey but I could not fault the online customer service.

I think their prices can be revisited compared to other websites.

Other than that, their customer service was very good. I communicated with one of their CS via email (Liz) and they were very helpful. I made a mistake and they took care of it immediately.

I ordered a polo shirt for my husband, lovely shirt but didn’t suit him, when I enquired about returning it I was given several options all very straight forward.The customer service was brilliant and I would use this company again

Make sure to buy a size larger than usual. Tom Ralph was great sending me the same product but larger size free of cost. I am extremely happy with the polo I purchased. I am only writing this review for the terrific customer service they showed me when I needed them most.

I originally ordered XL because that is usually the size I wear, but they were small. So, I followed instructions to see how I can return for XXL in exchange. Liz got back w/ me in short order and was excellent throughout the process. She was both communicative in letting me know all that was going on, and responsive to any questions that I sent her way. 100% grade for Liz on customer service & satisfaction.

Absolute scam! They do not refund your money, even though they promise it in their policy. The quality is absolutely poor, the service horrible. Never ever again!

I ordered a shirt in a normal size L. It did not fit correctly. I ordered 2 more at a XL. They fit better but are extremely long in the back (I can deal with that). They were kind enough to send me a XL and I am very pleased. Great customer service.

This company was great to deal with. I ordered 3xl shirts and they where a bit small for me. I contacted Liz at customer service and she was fantastic. She was able to get the larger shirts sent to me and they fit great. She followed up with any email I sent and also kept in contact with me several times while I waited for the shirts. Thanks you Liz for your GREAT customer service!!! I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Tom Ralf, this company is a scam, once ordered, you cannot cancel, delivery time is months not days, the Polo shirts are poor quality and so long, covering your back side, they must be made for a different market.
The " no hassle returns policy "is a lie, 12 emails, 5 photos and finally you get to send them to Texas USA, at your cost and they charge a $4 per item handling fee, strange, as when you place the order, the prices and invoice is in Stirling. You do not receive what you think you ordered, you cannot cancel, you cannot return.

The customer service was great. We successfully resolved the sizing issue with our original order and are very pleased with the shirts we received with a better size.

I would give it no stars if possible. I’m trying to figure out how to report this webpage as a scam. They don’t have any social media so you can’t warn others. They don’t have a phone number so you have to wait FOREVER for a return email. I had the same issue as everyone else. Finally got the product after a month of waiting and it was garbage. Tried to return and they’ve made me jump through hoops and I still haven’t gotten anywhere

Pretty challenging trying to get the right size and return with re-delivery took 5 weeks

I ordered three shirts. They came in a little smaller than normal sizing. I contacted customer service and worked with Liz. She was right on top of it and offered to send three larger shirts which they did. I am very happy with the customer service and the shirts are nice quality.
