NOT IN UK. IMPORT FEES & TAXES
It’s a .co.uk website address but then you get the surprise… Hellmann contact you (very nice people at Hellmann, they are just the importers). Anyway, Hellmann charge a clearance fee (£54.50 in our case) plus an admin fee (another £30) PLUS we may have to pay Duty and VAT on top but Hellmann are looking into that for us.
I called Tom Press and a lady told me, in perfect English “I’m terribly sorry, I do not speak any English. Please send me an email”. When I challenged the fact that she had just spoken to me in English she said “I’m sorry, I don’t speak any English so I cannot understand what you are saying”. I repeated that I’d already emailed them, then she said “you need to email [email address] . Do not use the contact form on our website”.
I have to say, for a person who spreads no English she did remarkably well.
If you order from this company be warned that you WILL have additional taxes and import costs payable if shipping to the UK. They are based in France and are using a .co.uk to confuse people into thinking they are UK based. They do not want to know when you query the taxes. They never reply to emails and will not talk on the telephone

They lie about taxes!
1. I order an item.
2. Website promise 2 days delivery.
3. I check the tracker after 1 week, and the item is stuck in customs.
4. I contact the seller and they say I need to pay taxes.
5. I show the seller that his website clearly says all prices including taxes.
6. The seller says I can contact customs and ask them to send it back and they will refund me after 7-10 days.
Such fraud and a waste of time and energy!
