Bought a product that clearly stated it was supposed to be 19.5 x 19.5. The product, plate covers for reheating, measures only 7" x 7"... pretty much useless. Because it took so long to be delivered, it is over the return time limit. $35.00 wasted.
BUYER BEWARE

It's been over 2 months since I ordered three of their products. I've emailed twice to their customer service and I have not gotten a reply.

I ordered the Monkey Fingerlings back in October and have not received them. I have emailed their customer support team four times and have yet to get a response. Not a company that I will do business with again.

Update: The Fingerlings arrived and they are junk. Not the real deal. The packages were all broken and the monkeys were are defective. All of the eyes either don't open or open slightly. Absolute waste of money!!

I ordered the finger monkey on September 20, 2017 for my great nieces birthday. Today is November 25 and she has not received it yet. when I e-mailed the company I got some story of orders approximating 120,000. I purchased on line but it is not my fault they had large orders. The tracking has been telling me for about the last three weeks that the gift is in transit. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ever ordered. I believe the finger monkey will be a nice gift if she ever gets it but let me tell people do not ever buy from this company. i am so upset with them but I really would like my niece to get the gift so I am still holding out hope since I have already paid for the gift. Again, this company is no good and if you read reviews you will see I am not the only one with this opinion.

Ordered bath toy, took weeks if not months to receive. Then the seal on the battery pack must have given up or just not worked (on a water toy) and stopped working. My husband took the batteries out to change them and found rusty water in the toy. I emailed the company to see about getting a replacement for the defective toy and they were unwilling to do so. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Furthermore I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever again.

Do not order any thing from this company ,it is horrible, back in Sept I order 5 monkeys for a Xmas gifts for my grandkids,waited 2 months,nothing texted them and canceled the order,got replacement, got a text saying that they were going to ship them I texted them back saying I canceled te order 2times by then,heard nothing,through that was it .got a text 2 weeks ago saying the monkeys were shipped, I told that I was sending back,don't know where to send them,no paper work for returns,I am out 125 dollers.

Please be careful when buying form this website. I purchased an item for my sons bday. It arrived a month later than it should have and when I tried to get a refund before they shipped it out and they completely ignored my emails. Once they shipped it, they sent me a notification and told me they could not refund as it had already been shipped. To this day I have not received my refund nor any response from them. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again to purchase anything.

HORRIBLE - knock off products finally arrived after 2 full months...Their site advertised the Fingerlings Monkeys on their site, saying they would arrive in approx. 14 days. Not only did they greatly miss the mark with time, but they shipped a HORRIBLY LOW QUALITY FAKE called "Happy Monkey" - one of which does not even function...I am currently having to work with my bank to try to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I too got suckered into this scam. It's not even the Fingerling Monkey, like they advertise. It's Happy Monkey. Horrible experience. Know not to order from Facebook ads.

SCAM-Like most of you I ordered a Fingerling Monkey on Sept 18th did not get until Nov 17th. When I opened it the box was smashed and ripped and I also got SCAM Happy Monkey. So I went back to my receipt which clearly states "FINGERLING" I contacted them via email with pictures attached and I just got a reply to send VIDEO EVIDENCE guess the pictures were not good enough. I am sorry we all got SCAMMED and had to wait 2 months to find out at which time the prices have doubled.

I fell victim to this horrible company, too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They advertised a Fingerling Monkey on a Facebook ad. I even watched a video on how it was supposed to work. I ordered it around 9/23 and didn't receive until mid-November and was told, after sending an email to complain (about not receiving) that they sold out and would expedite one to me. When I got it this weekend, it's a FAKE! The box just says Happy Monkey, and it doesn't even work right. Not at all what was advertised, and don't even get me started on them not having a customer service number. You are better off taking money and throwing it out the door than to think they are selling anything of quality or that you will receive it in a reasonable time frame. I am disputing with PayPal. Don't fall victim!

Its been 3 months since i ourcased my item and still have not received it. There is no phone number to call or customer service rep to speak to. There is an email for a support team but it's a general automated reply email that will keep saying the package is on its way or they ran out of shipment. I can't even get a refund! As soon as I replied back with refund or fraud in my scam a email was sent that my package was in transit all the sudden! But every time I track the tracking number that was giving it hasn't even left packaging. So we're going on month 4!! Don't buy from this company!!

Counterfeit product that is likely to not show up and if it does months later then anticipated. Product is from China which is why it takes so long. I wish I had looked up reviews of this company BEFORE placing an order instead of after not receiving my product for 3 months.

I am in the same situation as the rest of these reviewers. However, I would like to offer the advice to contact your bank. I used to work for a big bank, in the credit card area, and know that you have protection on your credit card that allows you to dispute transactions if goods are not received or are not what you purchased, the bank then has the authority to process a chargeback, taking the funds back from TomorrowStuff and putting them back on your card. This is the only way that dodgy sites like TomorrowStuff will be forced to stop scamming people. Tomorrow Stuff, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Just market your shoddy fake monkeys as what they are and let the customer choose if they want a cheap knock off or not. Then deliver on what has been purchased! You are a disgrace!

Edited to say that I have ended up going to Paypal instead because their process is quicker and easier. If the transaction doesn't appear in your list when attempting to dispute online it will be because you probably checked out as a guest - just call them and they will help you over the phone. I should have my refund by the end of this month.

Ordered a Bella (Pink) Fingerling Baby Monkey for my Granddaughter on October 9, 2017, paid $25.90 by credit card. Have yet to receive this gift which was to have been a birthday gift. That date has passed. In trying to reach the support service, it instantly goes to sorry, this page will not open. I found weeks ago that the same item can be ordered at a much lower price several other places, but I did not cancel my order, since it had already been charged to my credit card. What terrible service! No more Tomorrowstuff orders! EVER!!

I ordered a fingerling monkey and got a knockoff “happy monkey”. It should have taken 15-20 days to get to me, it took 54. Even if i wanted to still give the monkey as a gift like originally planned i can’t. When I opened the envelope it came in the box was torn and broken. I have contacted them and and told them about how long it took, the condition it came in and that it was a knockoff that I wanted my money back. I get a response saying “We would like to confirm that in order to produce the Fingerlings faster for our customers, we need to change the box so it won't take to much time on packaging. The Fingerlings are totally the same.

In this case, it would be more convenient if you could send us some evidences like recording a video proving the problem so that we could work with our team to provide you with a best answer”

I am absolutely livid and I better get my money back!

I ordered a Fingerling on Sept 11, it finally came today (Nov 15). It is NOT a Fingerling, but a knockoff called a Finger Monkey. It came in an envelope, not a box, and the packaging was smashed and torn. I do not have much confidence that the product works either. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again from this company.

ORDERED A FINGER MONKEY ON 9/14/17. IT IS NOW 11/15/17. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH PAY PAL. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM AND MORE OF A HEADACHE THAN ANYTHING!!!

Do not buy anything from Tomorrow Stuff, ordered fingerling monkeys in September, told me they coming from factory in October. Didn't come! Then told me they were shipped. I asked for tracking number and they said they were still waiting for them?? Requested a refund and now don't hear from them. Contacting PayPal to request my money back. Do not have anything to do with TomorrowStuff they are a sham scum rip off
