File a Dispute with Pay Pal!!!!!

PayPal told me that if enough disputes are filed against this company, they would most likely drop them as a client (in addition to maybe even getting my money back?)
Although the dispute, in and of itself is very frustrating to deal with (they told me I had to pay the $35 to ship the crap back but their customer support told me that Pay Pal would reimburse my shipping so I am now working on that angle. Do it. Cheap companies like this shouldn't be allowed to take such advantage of the consumer.

I ordered 3 fingerling monkeys from Tomorrowstuff and 3 from Amazon. Both orders were placed the same day in September. I was expecting the orders to take a long time because they were coming from China. In November I contacted Tomorrowstuff and they told me they were waiting for their shipment and they would get it to me as soon as they could. I followed up a few more times and they were still in the same boat, waiting for their shipment. The beginning of December I was contacted by Amazon to say their vendors supplying the monkeys had left their network and I would no be receiving any from them. I did however get my monkeys from Tomorrowstuff on Dec. 20th, so in time for Christmas. I am giving Tomorrowstuff 4 stars because their customer service rep was very responsive and I did eventually get my monkeys. I don't think it is fair to hold them responsible for a supply problem with the manufacturers.

I purchased the hype finger monkeys in September prior to them becoming a huge hit. I knew the company was overseas so did not expect a quick ship. Middle of November I inquired about shipping and they promised before thanksgiving. After thanksgiving came and went, I inquired again. They promised “latest” Christmas. 2 days prior to Christmas I reached out and have not heard back. I also inquired 2 days after Christmas and still did not hear back. I have kept all emails and will be disputing the claim with my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. I PURCHASED 2 ITEMS FROM THEM IN SEPTEMBER, DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ITEMS UNTIL DECEMBER, AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY WEREN'T EVEN THE RIGHT ITEM AND ONE WAS DAMAGED! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY (THROUGH PAYPAL) UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND RETURN IT TO VIETNAM!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!

This company is a scam!

First it will give a fake long shipping time (Total shipping time is approximately 15-24 business days (US) or 15-39 business days for other countries.), hoping that you will forget that you ever ordered anything.

Then if you send email to support at tomorrowstuff.com, they will not reply. There is no phone number I can find.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I hope someone can shut them down for good.

They need negative stars for this company. Order took over 3 months
to arrive, All items were damaged. All items were NOT the items they advertised but cheap knockoffs. I had paid through Paypal so paypal did step in and got them to agree to a full refund BUT i had to return to Vietnam with a tracking number at my own cost. Which was almost more than the original cost of the items.!!! So was not going to do that. Also. READ READ their terms of agreement it says they can subsitute any product at anytime at their own discretion without advising the buyer.
Never, never NEVER again.

I ordered an item Sept 8th!! no product,no refund, this company sucks!

Never received my fingerlings and today is Saturday night before Christmas on Monday so sad after how much they cost me

Ordered 2 toys in September and still did not receive in December. Kept checking the tracking and it continued to say China and then I sent an email and next day it said it was delivered to my address. Really? Overnight all of a sudden? I never received anything and asked for a refund and they refused and claimed my post office had it, which they did not because had my post office had it, they’d have delivered it to my mailbox. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible company. Waited 3 Damn months for my package and when it finally came the box was completely smashed and was broken. Emailed them back today and now they want pictures so they have evidence to further assist me! Its ridiculous and I doubt I will even get my money back. Do not ever use this company

Ordered on September 14th and it’s not December 21st and still no package! Absolutely terrible company! After many emails asking where my package is they keep saying to be patient and that’s its on its way. Tracking says it hasn’t moved from the China facility since November 2nd!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! This company should be ashamed of themselves! I ordered Christmas gifts for my children from them on September 20th and still have not received them. Everytime I emailed them they kept saying my package was on back order. After the 5th attempt they no longer responded! I will NEVER use this company again!

It's been 3 months and I still have not received my order if I could rate these guys with a negative star rating I would absolutely ridiculous will not refund my money so not happy would never recommend them

Beware of this company all knockoffs wrong stuff you name it. Took 4 months to get the stuff and was damaged. All consumers beware!!!!!

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered two fingerling monkeys and received them after 70 days and they were a generic version of the toy they promote on their website.They packaged them in a bubble wrap envelope and both boxes were smashed completely, I'm shocked that they toys themselves still work. No customer service number, only email and they are slow to respond. I emailed them several times before they shipped the toys out, since it had been more than 30 days already, and I hadn't yet gotten a shipping confirmation. They ignored my request and kept updating me every few days about when the product would ship, even though I repeatedly told them I wanted a refund instead. Not worth the money or time to try and bother with a return, but I will never buy anything from this company again.

I am furious that the website said I was receiving a fingerling so I ordered 2 and when I received them 2 months later I got a knock off Happy Monkey In smashed boxes.

Ordered a fingerling. Ordered stated was a fingerling Zoe, what I received was a knock off blue finger monkey. Emailed to complain and was told at my own cost I could send it back to China for a refund. Would have cost just as much to send it back as the refund..will never buy from them again

If I could rate them with NO stars I would. My, so called’ fingerling monkey set I ordered back in Sept arrived the other day and when I opened the “bubble wrap” packaging all the boxes were busted, half didn’t work properly and to top it off they weren’t actual “Fingerling Monkeys” as stated on the website and order confirmation. They are “Happy MonkeyWTF!!!!! Way to screw kids at the holiday a-holes!!!!!
