The courier didn't deliver the chairs…
The courier didn't deliver the chairs at home they claimed the just deliver at a street level although there is an elevator and they have a trolley to carry them. I was forced to carry the parcel up to my house

thanks Elisabeth! unfortunately it is not possible to buy the set of six chairs in the model you selected because they are shipped already assembled, the package of six would be too bulky and heavy for the courier to handle.

Seems like good service but impossible to read Italian.
My chairs arrived in perfect condition but it was very difficult to understand what trust pilot is about as everything is in Italian. I had to write to Tommy Chairs who said it had nothing to do with them but there are no risks attached, they are a free insurance it seems. I still don't understand how can an insurance be free? In future perhaps you could send the emails in Italien and in English. Thank you.

Sexy and beautifully made chairs
This is the third time I have ordered these chairs from Tommychairs. Each experience was super. I love these chairs. They are comfortable and sexy to look at. I like that they have a little bounce in them when you sit. I have several apartments that I rent to airbnb and they have lasted through years of wear. The company is responsive and the chairs arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
