I had a great experience ordering at Tom Greyhound. Very content, especially with the in-store pickup option I was able to get my item in less than 24 hours.

Bought a bag and it arrived faulty. The leather paint was not glued properly and it peels. Wrote several email to customer service (very slow response rate), with photos, but was informed that they do not consider that as faulty, hence it does not qualify for free return. Posted some feedback on their Instagram and was blocked. Very unprofessional company.
