I ordered a gown from there site, it arrived the same day I got the notification of it being dispatched, which I thought was odd. It had to go back unfortunately as it was a bit too small on but the quality was amazing, very well made and well presented. I emailed them for the return labels as it doesn't come with them and I had to email twice, they are apologetic and sent me the label. It took me a couple of days to get it printed off but then I returned it on the Monday, then I had to email them to see if they had received it, I was told it had arrived that morning. I would have liked a email telling me this rather then me having to chase it. It took another maybe 5 or 6 days for them to sort the refund which is very slow and I had no updates in-between. It then took 3 days for the money to appear in my account. Now I was told it will take time and I understand we are towards the end (hopefully) of the pandemic but the whole service is very slow and there is not enough updates for my liking. So if you no its going to fit then go for it but if you're not sure you need to consider how much stress you would feel with them taking ages to sort a refund out.
