30 Year Clothing Reviews 

I got a question I had, answered very quickly, with accurate information. I have only bought one item so far, but Christmas is coming, so some of the family may be getting some Tom Cridland clothing.

This event actually took place June 2017 and before, but the website will not allow me to submit a review older than 12 months. However, I feel that company is so good that they deserve to have the review.

The quality of every item that I have purchased has been excellent.

However, what really sets this company apart is the amazing customer service.

When I bought a jacket, the size did not fit me and it was not obvious what size to purchase from the website. I emailed the sales team with details about my sizing and fit, and they recommended accordingly, and the new jacket fitted beautifully.

Equally, before this event, I had purchased a pair of Chino trousers, which I really liked the quality, but found the leg to be rather thinner than I would normally expect. I therefore advised of this and requested to return the item.

The return was gladly accepted but I was contacted and advised that a pair could be specially made for me with a straight rather than tapered leg. I agreed with this and a beautiful pair of chino trousers was duly supplied, which are one of my favourite pairs of trousers and in fact I wore at my wedding.

This company is therefore excellent both in terms of the quality of the product but also the customer care and service.

I bought six t-shirts from tom cridland many years ago. I wear all of them very often, they fit perfectly, they look great and they are still in very good condition. They are my absolute favorite t-shirts. I would recommend everyone to try the brand's t-shirts.

Parcel take a little big of time of arrive, but t shirts quality is really impressive, even after washing it 10+ times.

The sweatshirt is a great product, which still stays true to its original shape - even around the neck. My sweatshirt is 6 years old and still going strong.

Great company, great clothes. Good communication whenever required and in all of this quite inspirational as a brand.
