Do not under any circumstances trust this estate agent they promise you everything but in the end deliver nothing. But still expect payment without fulfilling there agreement

I don’t normally give my review but I highly recommend Tom Ashwood and Co for my sale of my house. Everything until completion was done smoothly. They helped and supported me throughout even with me loosing mother in the process they showed allot of compassion patience with the process and move. I am very grateful to Harvey and his professionalism and support from the start to end being involved in my sale and always available to answer and questions. The viewings were managed very well.

Everything was done swiftly and they helped in liaising with solicitors when needed. Also helped with my purchase and speaking to the agent when needed. I highly recommend Tom Ashwood and Co and would definitely use them again. You get what you pay for and be rest assured that things will go smoothly. I would like to also thank the team Tom Ashwwod and Co for the rose sent to me in memory of my mother. Special thanks again to Harvey, Many thanks for all your help and understanding.

My sister purchased a property through Tom Ashwood, the service she received was excellent! Dealt with Harvey, really helpful and professional and with a limited time frame to get the transaction dealt with, they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. A great company to deal with!!

I have sold my flat through Tom Ashwood Estate Agents. I was particularly happy with Harvey whom acted very quickly when my buyer’s bank had a problem with the lease indemnity. Instead of waiting for another few weeks he asked the buyer to swap lender with new loan approved within 2 days. Then Harvey called me on 3rd day that a valuation was booked for next day. So, after the call he arranged for someone to speedily collected the keys from my letting agent within the next 3 hours. A week later I was so thrilled that I was able to exchange contract and complete the day after. I would recommend them to other sellers.

I was informed that if I want to buy the property, I would have to pay a fee. Are estate agents not making enough from their clients? I would advise both buyers and sellers to stay clear!

How can you classify my review as spam when it was based on a genuine experience?

As a photographer I have worked with Tom and his team on many properties and compared to many other estate agents they are a pleasure. Honest, open, friendly, courteous, I can highly recommend and trust Tom Ashwood Real Estate with selling your property, they will not let you down.

Very impressed by the service received from Tom and Harvey at Tom Ashwood Real Estate on the recent sale (Oct 2024) of my Barking property.

Many agents in the area give you a lot of sales patter and from the second I picked up the phone, I felt this company were just different! Other agents were asking me what I wanted to market the property at - I had to remind them I was not a professional and they needed to guide me on what price would best achieve a sale.

I needed to complete quickly as I was moving from my low interest rate of 3% onto my lender's variable rate of 8.5% so I had to be sure of the agent, be able to trust them and could only hope, they would act quickly.

Tom and the Team came up with a full marketing strategy,. They recommended for me to adopt their unique process asking for offers over a lower set price, to hold a well advertised open day and to let potential buyers to then put in offers. The strategy fully worked and they achieved me an amazing price for which I am very grateful. They also and importantly proactively managed the sales process, chasing everyone efficiently and the sale has just completed in record time.

I am really pleased with their services and quite frankly, I cannot recommend them highly enough - really, really impressed. Thank you Tom and Harvey for your great work and you should both feel very proud of the offering you have there!
