Bought 2 cups package was batterd not…
Bought 2 cups package was batterd not fit to give as gifts but did contact and offered discount on next order but I had already purchased 2 more before this offer as though they were good gifts. No next two came not fit to give either, batterd and covered in thick tape

We have tried to improve the durability of our packaging and also liaised with our logistics partners in regard to the safe handling of packages upon transportation.
We have also put more robust measures to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Still Havnt received my band I have emailed in thd day of purchase after I noticed my old address was still registered, I explained I had move gave my new address received email back to say new address has been updated . That was 4 days ago still no parcel

I used this steam seat with my Yoni tea and It really did the work for me. Good quality and strong. Easy to use. I would recommend making sure the water is not too hot for your own safety.
