Frauds

I tried the new package gem deal. I played and the claw wrapped around the plush. It had lifted it up. The claw immediately threw the plush. Not drop it, physically shake and threw it. I have never seen that. I knew playing it more would be a waste of time. I requested a refund. They claim they don't give them. I disputed the charge. They emailed saying in order to help me they need the play id number so they can see what happened. I try to log in to get the number and they deactivated the account. Really?? Fraudulent company.

DONT USE OR PLAY THESE STUPID GAMES

DONT USE OR PLAY THESE STUPID GAMES! SCAM!

1* Over priced plays for a chance not to win!

2* Claws are under powered and wont hold anything

3* If by some mircale you win anything, you have to win 2 more times for free shipping.

4* Free shipping isnt free!! You have to trade in the winnings to get shipping, so the 3 things you win ,if there not to the 1000 gem value in trading in you wont get shipping or the prizes

5* winings are held for 30 days to claim ( aprently due to space reasons thats a joke in itself )
If you dont win to trade in or pay for 1000 gems you loose what you have paid to win in the first place

6* 1000 gems in the uk is £23 this is what they want you to pay for shipping your winnings to you! (These toys can be bought elsewhere with free shipping for well under this price!)

7* alot of the toys arent genuine ie pokemon these are fake chinese copys and are not worth anything!

8* This is a scam ! your paying a hight amount to win somthing you cant get unless your paying over the value of the prize for shipping alone , never mind how much you have paid to win the so called fake counterfeit prize ! 1 use is around £3 !

9* Lag and poor gameplay i wont even go into this one !!

10* delete app never play and thank me later !!!!

PLAY AT UR OWN RISK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Scammed out of a win

I wrote about a situation in April where I clearly won the prize on TokyoCatch by pushing it off the platform (the objective), but the dummy box got stock where the claws cannot reach in the back. For any reasonable crane game platform, whether in real life or in virtual, this would be counted as a win. Again, ToykoCatch refused to acknowledge this as a win and refused to refund the session. Very scummy company -- they do not deserve your money.
