happy with a few exeptions

All in all happy with the product (Laputa Robot) :)
No missing pieces but the overall grip of a few parts isn't that great. And the arms can't be bent as shown in the picture because the part that holds the arm is stiff.

Pretty, but bad construction

Although all pieces were there and the colours of the bricks match them of the photos on the website, I sadly can not give more than 2 stars, because the figure falls apart immediately. The figure must have a construction error. I attached the arms of the figure with scotch tape and the legs could not hold the torso, thus I leaned the figure against a book. This was a bit disappointing.

Very unstable set

Some of the bricks barely held together. The legs of the Laputa robot were very unstable because they were made of rubber tubes. When the figure is lifted, the arms, legs and eyes fall off.

Support is very bad

I ordered the Laputa robot here. It was delivered very promptly. However, some parts were missing or were delivered incorrectly. I have still not received an answer to a support request after 3 weeks.

The laputa robot is very bad

The laputa robot literally can't stand without falling over. I don't know why you wouldn't have ball joints like with the denji figure instead of this.

Good with drawbacks

The sets I ordered were great and came directly from china. The pricing seemed somewhat odd to me because one set had way more parts than the other although the two cost pretty much the same. Never of the two were too expensive.

One of my sets hat two missing parts. I wrote to the official support Mail because of this but they have not answered as of yet. I send the mail two weeks ago.

Not worth it

I would give it a 1 star but the actual end result of the Lego is pretty cool. That being said it took about 15 days to get here, which I can kinda understand but I emailed 2 times asking where my stuff is since the tracking wasn’t showing it as in the system for all those days. They NEVER replied, TERRIBLE customer service it’s ridiculous. Then I get an email that asked me to rate my experience all in German.

I love the motive but...

I really love the motive and I'm a big fan of the pretty floor. But the Solider is really unstable and the arms won't stay up if I try to bring them in the front. The eyes are completely different bricks then in the building map and I'm sad that there was no bird in the delivery. Especially the part where I had to cut the arms and legs to the right length was a bit annoying.

To sum up: for the price it's really ok and I still like it <3

Hi Lisa thanks for the review. We are working on getting him a little less wobbly... For the time being we suggest moving some pieces and placing his left foot back 1 square so he has a bit more balance.
We have a supply issue for the bird piece but are working to fix this :)
Thanks again for your order!
