Love the clothing. Comfortable and stylish. Miranda and Summer have been very helpful in customer support and respond very quickly.
Only note would be to order one size up if you’re an American adult. Fit me perfectly but be conscious that large in a different country is a little smaller than what you buy at Walmart.

I was so happy with my first order - a beautiful 'Ugly Cardigan' - that I ordered another and a couple of t-shirts. The designs are fun and the quality of the garments is better than I expected! Shipping was a little slow ( 3 weeks from order date to delivery) but I could track my parcel from despatch to delivery, and the hold ups were mainly after leaving the warehouse and getting to the international shipping point.
I did have an issue with my second order, but found the entire Tokyo Tiger Customer Service Team - and Miranda in particular - were very responsive to my emails and we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution without any drama.
I'm now waiting for despatch of my third order and I know there will be more orders after that.
My hot tips:
*Check the size chart for each garment as size measurements vary among different styles: A size XL, for example, is a different measurement for a cardigan than for an XL sweatshirt and different again for a t-shirt.
* I pimped my cardigans by buying 4 new buttons for each one to replace the original coconut shell buttons ..cost me pennies and look fancy.

Ordered several of the mesh jerseys. Great quality. Super comfortable. Clear and high quality graphics. Im a big dude. 6 feet 3 inches, 225 lbs. 3x fits like a regular tee shirt. 4x fits like a typical jersey - bit looser and hangs lower than a tee shirt. 5x is very big but awesome to sleep in.
Those from Tokyo are now my favorite of the Tigers!!

Shockingly Bad
Ordered a cardigan from here as a gift - I was initially nervous, but swayed by the recent positive reviews. More fool me! The cardigan bears only the vaguest resemblance to the photo on the website - something they excuse in the item description as due to "different lighting" and manufacturing methods. The color is dull, the pattern is muddy, the fabric is tissue-paper thin, and the stitching is full of noticeable defects. I don't hold out much hope it'll survive past the first wash.
The only saving grace is that the item arrived promptly, so I could really appreciate just how bad it is before I need to wrap it and - somehow - gift it to my loved one with a straight face.

The design on the shirt was exactly…
The design on the shirt was exactly what I was looking for. However, the shirt itself was quite the opposite. It was not a crew neck style as pictured but rather a large v-neck, which I did not want. Further, your return policy makes it virtually impossible to return anything. So I am essentially stuck having paid for a shirt that I will not wear. I will not be purchasing any more items from your company and will not recommend you to anyone who asks.
