I had a wonderful experience with this agency and especially with Claudia. She did what other agencies aren’t capable to do. Even though my family and I have income statements and permanent job employment contracts and adequate savings, other agencies rejected all our inquiries for unrelated reasons. And the strangest of all, they told us that you don't have proper and sufficient financial documents to rent these apartments. But Claudia, with her strong relationship with the landlords, was able to have them to trust and convince them to rent their apartment to us.

For someone like me , who is coming to torino as a student for the first time , not knowing anyone or anywhere , they really helped me a lot. I appreciate their efforts to help newcomers to settle easily

I had a great experience with to house. After days of searching for a place, I heard about to house and went there immediately. They helped me find a nice place.

A house for a student who has recently arrived is considered crucial in their life, and it should not be exploited as a vulnerability to deceive international students who are desperately seeking accommodation.

In our case, a deadline was set, and various requirements such as a registered contract, type of house, and maximum budget, were also conveyed to the individual in charge, known as Claudia. Then, the amount of 250 Euros was paid.

This agency is not recommended for several reasons:
1. The deadline was not respected, and the agency requested an extension repeatedly, which, in some instances, is not feasible for those applying for EDISU scholarships.
2. Requests were made by Claudia to increase the maximum monthly rent budget that we can afford (in our case, initially it was in the range of 800-1000 Euros).
3. Some houses were introduced with monthly rents higher than the agreed-upon budget.
4. Houses were introduced in an unacceptable manner, which involved sending a photo containing the address and a phone number. Subsequently, we were required to communicate with the owner, who, in most cases, lacked proficiency in English, and arrange appointments on our own. Which in two cases the owner responded the house has already been rented. So, the lack of updated information and collaboration between the agency and owners.
5. Three of the introduced houses were visited, and all of them were horrible in every aspect. The most significant drawback was that none of the requested factors mentioned in the contract were met.
6. The introduction of houses was slow and unacceptable. Even after extending the deadline, no more than five properties were presented to us within nearly 7 months of signing the contract.
7. There was no room for addressing complaints. Whenever we raised concerns about the slow pace of house introductions or the poor quality of houses, we were informed that it was not the agency’s concern.
8. Initially, we had discussed the possibility of receiving a refund if a suitable house could not be found. However, when we requested the refund, the response was negative.

In summary, this agency is not advisable; it preys on international students without local connections who believe it can help them, resulting in a loss of 250 Euros.
We found a suitable house through Subito, but Claudia has not refunded our money.
We strongly regret our involvement with this agency.

The way we connected was really great, since we didn't know Italian, we were able to communicate well. The house that was introduced to us was wonderful and totally worth it.

It was great experience ,after 2 week searching for a house as students we could not find any suitable place. One of my friends mentioned to house agency to us 5 days ago and as a last shot we went there. Surprisingly, at our first meeting we found our desired house and today we are moving in.

Ok, tocca a me scrivere di bella signora e carismatico gentiluomo. Sono turco e stavo cercando casa. Ho trovato queste 2 persone fantastiche e disponibili. Non sapevo nemmeno una parola di italiano, ma ci siamo riusciti usando la traduzione ahahahahah. Inoltre, mi hanno trovato la casa in 3 giorni e mi hanno aiutato a soggiornare nel b&b prima di trovarla. Mi sono sentito come a casa. Sono grato a queste persone straordinarie. Se vuoi ricevere assistenza da queste persone, non pensarci nemmeno per un secondo. Prendilo e basta.

Ok, it's my turn to write about beautiful lady and charismatic gentleman. I'm Turkish and I was looking for a house. I found these 2 fantastic and helpful people. I didn't even know a word of Italian, but we managed it using the translation ahahahahah. Furthermore, they found my house in 3 days and helped me stay in the b&b before I found it. I felt like at home. I am grateful to these amazing people. If you want to get assistance from these people, don't even think about it for a second. Just take it.

I was looking for a flat, but these house rent agencies are so expensive, my friend reffered Claudia/ToHouse, and she helped a lot. When I left her office with already some possibilities to visit. It took two weeks and I found my place 🥰

Amazing,at first I thought it must be scam like other agencies in the town. After I signed the contract,she searched and found the perfect house for me and this wasn't the end of the story,since I can't speak Italian,she kindly spoke on behalf of me with landlords and when I chose my apartment,she was still beside me to be sure that I will get the keys on time and everything will be alright.im 100% suggest this great agency to who is searching for the house right now,specially to all my Iranian fellow,she is the one,trust her.

Finding a suitable apartment in Torino is no where near easy, in the peak demand months It's almost impossible to find a proper place to live without asking for professional's help. Talking about professionals, most agencies are useless or ask for very high commissions.
But when it comes to Tohouse, it's a different story. I've asked for their help 2 times so far and each time signed my rent contract no longer than 2 weeks later.
They're fast, professional, and very friendly.
In short, if you're in Torino and look for a decent apartment, do not waste your time on other methods and just go directly to Tohouse office! Thanks again 👍
