Was so excited to get my mini tog bag, delivery was quick. However when opening the bag I was disappointed, there was a mark on one of the pockets and loose threads / messy stitching, not what I would expect from a £90 bag. Emailed costumer service weren’t very helpful just said I could return it. Feel like I got a bad one.

Disappointed with the quality of this bag - it is such a lovely bag and perfect size but the price paid I did not expect the material of the bag to start breaking as it has with less than a years use. I am very careful with this bag and I can't understand how rips started to appear by the zip. I emailed customer services who were not helpful and simply stated it was my issue as to how I handle my bag. Any photographer who has cameras in this bag would be more then extra careful when it comes to looking after the bag. It would have been the perfect camera bag but now it looks very old and work with less then a year of minimal use.

Beautiful and practical camera bag. I’ve ordered the big tog in elephant grey and I already love it. Everything is super Organized. My Camera Gear and my MacBook fit perfectly inside.
Also shipping to Germany was very fast and tax payment was without any further problem (online via DHL).

Can’t wait to take it outside.

I bought the mini tog bag and it marks very easily even with careful use.

Shipping was super fast! The bag is perfect. The only thing I wish it had was Velcro along all the I edges. But I will live :)

I ordered the original TOG bag, bottle & 2020 planner and everything is just perfect. Such an amazing quality, I don't think this kind of lushness is legal! I'm so happy with the practicality of the bag - I'm obsessed with the little side pocket that allows me to quickly take the camera out without having to open the whole bag. Design is beyond brilliant. Kudos!
