I've ordered from TofuCute a couple of times now and have only experienced the best service! They quickly package your order so that it will be with you asap. They have awesome, kawaii and tasty goodies and they're forever my go-to when I want to try something new.

We ordered twice from here already, and I'm 100% sure that all items arrive safely. I live in Romania, so I wasn't very surprised that they arrived fairly slowly (the postal service here isn't great). The quality of the products is actually better than advertised, with very soft fur and adorable expressions! I'm not exaggerating when I'm saying that this is my new favorite place to shop online.

I’ve been purchasing awesome stuff from Tofu Cute for a while now and I am yet to be disappointed. Late last month I visited their Portsmouth shop for the second time - I mainly order online- and I was delighted. They had lots of new goodies in stock and it was a quick service when I asked for one of their mystery bags, the part that took the longest was me trying to figure out what to buy! I was very pleased with what I received in my mystery bag. I feel so welcome when I’m there, like it’s a special, safe place for me and all the staff there are so kind and helpful! Usually I am quite shy but as they are so lovely I feel able to freely ask questions about products in the shop!

TofuCute is affordable, their delivery speed is great, and most importantly of all, their products are undoubtedly adorable. The first time I ordered they sent an email to me just to be sure that the address I gave was correct! Then the merch they sell is of the greatest quality! Whether you buy plushes, stuff or snacks, you'll always be satisfied. I love everything I bought. Last but not least they have the cutest things ever! I am totally in love with Tofu Cute and with their fabulous family! You won't regret buying from them!

Legitimate store for real Japanese snacks, stationary and gifts. I first shopped with them around 10 years ago and have never had a bad experience. You can visit either of their real stores or see their pop up stores at conventions. Fantastic store!

I ordered from Switzerland, expecting
my package to take a long time to arrive, due to the super cheap shipping cost, but - my order arrived in no time! My order was prepaired by Laska-Chan and Tae. Cannot fault deliver and service, but the goods are very overpriced . Bought a plush (made in China, would have expected Japan) and another item . Quality not great to be honest, and if it wasnt what my great niece had asked for, would definitely be returned . Reply received from company, updated by another star for quick delivery and service

Cutest website ever , their lucky bags are amazing ive never been disappointed by them.
