Didnt receive item. When i emailed i got no reply and the phone number wouldnt accept calls from scotland. Stay clear of this company

There was a delay with delivery, but there was prompt communication from the supplier, and the product arrived shortly afterwards, as promised.
The quality of the product - bedlinen - was excellent, and we shall probably buy some more.

I have been using these satin bedding sets for the last 3 years and love them. They keep me cool in the summer and help keep me the right temp in the winter. I would recommend these bedding sets to anyone, I have just topped up my bedding supply in the last week or two. The order takes a few days to come and the price is right as well.

Even though I had to return the products due to the wrong size I ordered initially, they were extremely helpful and fast at responding and very professional in their customer support.

A lot of other companies could learn from Todd Linens support team.

Staff at this company have gone out of their way to ensure I got a gift, ordered early December, for my Grandson for Christmas.
With Postal strikes it has been frustrating but the staff have continually kept me informed as to where the parcel was held at each point of its journey up to delivery.
Even though it was no fault of Todd Linens they have offered my a goodwill discount too which is a generous thought.
Cannot wait for Christmas Day to see the delight of my Grandson when he opens his Bluey towel - brilliant graphics, so soft and good value.
