Bought a bivvy paid for express delivery and they sent the bivvy to the wrong address it ended up in a depot where they lost the bivvy and even if they found it it could never of made it to me on time
Instead of just sending a new bivvy out they left it to me to chase up with dpd and go through all the headache!
The one fella admitted it was theyre fault because the item that the card was bought from has to go to that billing address and it went somewhere else then another fella come on the fone and tried to say it was the couriers fault! Very bad customer service! Ended up getting a refund and missing my fishing trip because of no bivvy!

Just come bk from my first ever session wasn't impressed I got to the shop early was the first to sign in as thats wat we got told to do headed to the lake and first there was people heading in before use and never went to the shop and then to find most swims was bucketed which I was told wasn't aloud so wasn't impressed by all this and it impacted our session here and I feel like I don't want to even go back because of all this

Following the need to order in my waterproof suit Todber Manor have agreed to honour the price it was when initially ordered. It is being packed and posted immediately.

After some online digging, I found Todber Manor Fishers offering it for just £32.00. Seemed too good to be true? Not at all, and that’s where my story unfolds.On Thursday night, I emailed them to check stock availability. By the next morning, Cherry from their team had already replied, confirming the item was indeed available, matching the product code and images. Since they're located two hours away from me, I opted for next-day delivery at £6.50 rather than picking it up myself.The online purchase went smoothly, with immediate confirmation. Within 15 minutes, I was notified the item had shipped, and an hour later, DPD confirmed they had received it and would deliver it on January 3rd, factoring in the bank holiday. No complaints here—my new net was en route. To my delight, at 11:30 today, the doorbell rang unexpectedly, revealing a large square box. Inside was my net... Brand new, neatly sealed, and exactly what I wanted—at half the original price.Big thanks to Cherry and the Todber Manor team, as well as DPD for delivering such exceptional service, even on New Year’s Eve.Wishing everyone a fantastic 2023, and I’m looking forward to shopping more at Todber Manor. Awful company,
Took my money , did not deliver the sleep system and then refused to help , just kept fobbing me off , I almost missed an expensive lake exclusive fishing trip due to these guys !
They didn’t care that I was out £600 !
I was very lucky that I purchased through their eBay store and eBay stepped in and refunded me , I believe I wouldn’t have got my money back otherwise.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Have purchased several expensive reals and rods over the past 6 months from toby manor fisheries and every transaction has been absolutely flawless

Items were dispatched very fast and usually arrived the next day even though I never choose next day delivery .

Will be buying more in the future as my experience using them has been first class

First day new cafe open and good prices, great staff. The Tackle Shop is really great, knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile. The pole barn is amazing with everything laid out perfectly.

Went in looking for a whip for the K & A canal and the guy serving me knows the venue around Pewsey very well. He answered all my questions however silly they sounded to me but if you don't ask you don't learn. Even elasticated the two spare tops for me. I'm going to need to replace my 14.5 metre pole in the autumn and I already know I will not be buying online or from anywhere else.

Great experience I ordered 2 reels and didn't like one of them so I got in contact with Simon who arranged for me to return the reel and swap it out for another one. As soon as the reel I returned was received Simon arranged for the other to be sent out immediately and arrived a day or two later absolutely brilliant customer service thank you.

Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. A couple of weeks ago I decided drop in to get some advice regarding potential selection of a lure rod that would suit my requirements. Having never lure fished before, Mark was more than happy to take at least half an hour to chat away talk me through the actions, strength ratings etc, in relation to what lures I'd be using and guided me to purchase my first lure rod. Unfortunately, upon first use the tip broke. I returned to the shop today to report the problem and was offered an apology and an exchange, which I gladly accepted.
