If you have to make a return there’s absolutely no problem with returns… no attitude at all very helpful I even got upset and they were very patient and nice about the situation and they resolved the problem immediately

We have yet to connect our three fans…
We have yet to connect our three fans around our outdoor tiki bar. We are still in construction mode however we are excited to replace our existing fans with these.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping. Easy to find the product I was looking for.
I do wish the remote for my fan could be used in conjunction with the original remote. As it is now, I have to pair whichever remote I can find under the couch, usually accompanied by a greyish m-n-m and head of a barbie doll, with the fan and re-pair the original remote after I find it in the freezer. Pairing more than one remote at a time to the single fan would be a nice idea.

I ordered a remote control
I ordered a remote control for the lumio bladeless ceiling fan that i bought in December 2021. I received my order and it was in good condition but there was no instructions to program it. Todays Fans quickly sent me instructions that where easy to follow and worked perfectly. I'm very happy with this fan and this company. I definitely recommend them

Beautiful powerful fan made in US and Brazil
I was happy to find a fan that is not made in China and is from a US company made in US and Brazil.
I received my fan quickly and am very happy with it.
It is amazingly powerful for its small size and looks beautiful in my room.

Amazing customer service!!
Amazing customer service!!! They were very responsive and helpful. I had an issue with one of my fans after a year and they help troubleshoot and resolve the issue. They were even willing to ship out a replacement part but it turns out it wasn't needed.

Impeccable customer service!
The representative Shaya was quick to answer emails. She was integral at solving a mix up in our order. We had ordered two fans, both in the same color. We received two different colored fans. The company was quick to resolve the problem. They also made every effort to ensure our satisfaction. Will purchase again in the future from Todays Fans.

Shaya is terrific!
Shaya is terrific! I went back and forth about the fan I chose but I am thrilled with it. The fan almost perfect and has many versatile options. The only thing that would make it 100% is to offer a flush mount AND a vaulted ceiling mount option upon putting the fan in your cart. I think having to purchase the extra apparatus is wasteful of materials and a needless extra expense on an already expensive fan.

I had just ordered a fan in satin…
I had just ordered a fan in satin nickel and I mistakenly ordered Brite chrome down rod. I received an email within a few hours asking if that was correct. I emailed back an ask to change to the correct downrod color the young lady told me no problem and it was taken
care of promptly. Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service.
