The Today Card program assisted me…

The Today Card program assisted me tremendously in reestablishing my credit. All of these bad reviews I'm seeing have me shaking my head. It's pretty simple. Use your card responsibility, make your payments on time or be extra smart and pay your bill in full every month. If you max it out and fall behind it's nobody's fault but your own. I had an instance where someone charged almost two grand on my card. It was a horrible process and honestly, there customer service wasn't easy to deal with. It took almost two months to get it resolved. For this, they get 4 stars. But it was resolved and any payments I made were credited back Otherwise, it was an exceptional tool in helping me rebuild my credit. I'm thankful for companies like this.

Horrible customer service

I would strongly advise against applying for this card. They constantly charge you late fees. Even though you make your payment on time.
When you try to get ahold of customer service, you're on the phone for an hour, and they hang up on you 4 or 5 times before you can actually get ahold of anybody. The call center is obviously overseas. VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE INDIVIDUAL ON THE OTHER LINE IS SAYING.

New today card not good.

Ever since some new company took over everything is screwed up. I have not received a monthly statement since they took over, the application says my account is not eligible. I'm sorry I will not blindly just pay them because I get a text message that says my payment is due. All my other accounts are always paid on time and in excellent standing, but this one screwing up my credit score.

Do not get into credit with the Bank of Missouri Credit Cards

I was a Today card customer with and excellent standing and payment history. No had and issue once when it was with the today card website. The minute they allowed the Bank of Missouri to buy all the accounts is when it all went to hell. The are running about 30 different credit cards thru that sorry ass payment portal and is always a glitch with your payment. I which over in March with them setup my account and made my payment as always. Then in May it tells me my payment was sent back invalid account. This was the same account I made my 2 previous months payment on what are you talking about. I said I went in sent the payment back in again it goes thru same account on same system. Then June my my payment no problem then July make my payment same account once again does this same thing so I call and ask what the hell is going on with your payment portal so then the guy I spoke with say I can't see anything on your bank account information but the last 4 numbers but you probably type the bank account number in wrong. I said it the same account I paid from in June with no problem and you don't go in and add your payment account every time you make a payment. So go back in and make the payment again and it goes thru this was on July 31 or August 1 and according him after speaking with management their were fixing the account and would have my account corrected and all of this invalid account remove well call today to see why it not corrected and ask to speak to supervisor or manager as usual the useless representative lie then all of a sutton is one of the resolutions team manager and he can help. If I am not mistake he was the same guy I spoke with the other day named Jose that was fixing this bs on their system. So finds out today August 3rd we closed the account for the invalid bank payment and you can send us a letter from your bank and we see if we can open your account bank so I told him keep it close and they can keep the account and don't send no offers here to this address for nothing dealing with the bank of Missouri. I hung up mu advice to open anything with them if your account was transfer eventually your have problem.

Hello

Hello, I need a number to call. They are charging me a late fee of $40. It's crazy. Before I paid $100 for the card, now it's going up to $140 for no reason. I need a number to call because I don't even think I'm going to pay for the card anymore. They were blatantly stealing from me.

Like others have said

Like others have said, my wife has been trying for months to just make a payment. But each time she calls they can not tell her anything about the account..IE fees, balance etc. They tell her to email a certain email address and nothing ever happens. Law suit is coming, I encourage everyone to file. It's illegal to do this to people.

I have held a today card for 5 years

I have held a today card for 5 years. Recently the today card was sold to another bank. My account was closed by them putting a ding on my credit and they opened up another account. I never activated my new card as I had 2 others with lower interest. Fast forward to the other day I get a call saying I have missed my payment. My old card was paid off in December. They wanted to charge me a $10 a month maintenance fee for a card that was never activated. I told them to close my account right then as I am not giving them money for a card that was never activated.

There has been no way to pay for months…

There has been no way to pay for months now. No website or app. They offered a settlement payment of 70% via email, but they can't find my card number or account. They keep sending texts to pay, pay, pay but there is no way to do so. I don't know what game they are playing, but there has got to be something illegal about all of this. I guess I have to find time to stick on hold for 5 hours so that I can speak to someone, if they even have a service department. This is supposedly a result of a bank change. It is utterly rediculous.

Unable to contact to settle my balance…

Unable to contact to settle my balance due. I called the number on a letter I received last month but was hung up on. App doesn’t work, website doesn’t work. Unable to see account details and the fees I am getting. Is another bank taking over? No letters no emails but my balance sure is growing…

No access, No info!

Had the card for a while and they suddenly changed banks and now I can't see my account info. The website no longer works and when I call they say its being transitioned and they dont know when it will be completed.
Meanwhile, I'm getting fees, no account statements but they want their payment SOMEHOW! They are literally charging fees that we cannot even look into because no account access. This has to be illegal. Its been going on for 2 months+!
How do you expect consumers to manage their accounts when we don't have access??!! Calling customer service is not convenient at all and the hold times are always over 30 mins!

FIX THIS or cancel our accounts without reprecussions. I will be reaching out to the CFPB Immediately.
I suggest all other account holders do the same!

They suck

They suck! I can't access my account nor can you find a good number to call in order to fix the online or app issues. I went past due, which NEVER happens, all because of their issues. I'm actually about to pay it off and cut it up. I'm over them especially when I've got an AMEX, Discover, and Chase card to get me by. Bye-bye!!!!!!

Terrible company

It has been weeks and have not been able to use my app nor access the web to pay my payment. Now I have a past due account and i am sure late fees. No notice in advance to make us aware of the website going down. So inconvenient, such frustration.
