Keeps me warm!
Have socks and a gilet with them, worked great and kept me warm in my outside job. When the gilet acted up they immediately agreed to send a new one at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

So pleased I made the purchase
The gillet is great and of good quality and works well. The fit is excellent and is not at all restrictive and it really keeps me warm, but not too hot whennout golfing, riding and even dog walking.
I would have preferred if the power pack and gillet had arrived together as on 2 of our coldest days I could not get the benefit of the Toasty Body gillet as the power arrived about a week to 10 days later which was a shame. Although the company did say this would happen it did take a bit of the enjoyment out of my new purchase.

It was a gift for my daughter-in-law who is a soccer coach. She really liked the heated vest since they play from winter into Spring. Wasn’t in time for Christmas but in January and it has done its job.

I ordered a M sized Gilet after taking careful measurments but when it arrived I found it a little too "snug" I contacted Toastybody and was immediately offered a L sized replacment free of charge and was told to keep or pass on the original Gilet. We love the product just not the shipping
We love the product just wish the first order had been the size we asked for. Had to prove we got the wrong size and they sent the correct one. Only issue is how long it takes to get to us. 2-3 weeks is normal when placing an order. But the product is very nice and my wife loves them.

Order clarification
I received gilets from my daughter. As the batteries were shipped separately I thought I needed to order some. Which I did.
Then I received the batteries and realized my mistake. I was able to email a cancellation of my order and Keilah Elias answered quickly and I was able to cancel my unneeded order.
I’ve now been able to test my new gilet as has my friend in challenging weather. 19-22F
I live on a boat and during this kind of cold spell, heating can be a struggle. Keeping my core warm makes all the difference!
I’ll spread the word amongst my fellow boaters!

My first order arrived, but it was too small for me so I contacted them and they immediately got back to me and made it right. This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
