I contacted Paul Simms as he was recommended to me by another family member who he assisted in getting a Mortgage. Paul is absolutely brilliant, he has kept us updated on everything that has been happening in the process. He has liaised between the Estate Agent and the solicitor and kept us in the loop. When our first purchase fell through he sent us links to other properties the we may find suitable. Paul is a lovley Man very polite and professional. Sian is amazing!
I have had my mortgage sorted in the past with sian, and have recently had my mortgage renewal sorted.
She made the process incredibly straight forward and easy for me. As someone who finds this sort of stuff difficult to get my head around + with a new baby to take care of, I can't thank Sian more.
