It’s a scam company, they sell you a car, give you a load of bull then they don’t answer calls or emails, ,or deliver the car or return money

I couldn't be happier. TMShipping stayed true to their reasonable price, pickup and delivery were done as promised and to my convenience. The driver was very helpful and patient. I'm confused by the negative comments and if you do your homework you'll realize most all carriers that you contact are brokers, THAT"S HOW IT WORKS! you think the drivers have time to drive and do hundreds of quotes a day? Thank you Lisa for all your great customer service and help.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!! STAY AWAY!! DO NOT HIRE!!! LISA KEPT PROMISING A CARRIER AND NEVER FOUND ONE. DO NOT HIRE STAY AWAY. THEY ARE NOT A DIRECT SHIPPER. TM SHIPPING IS A BROKER. IF IT WERE TRUE ANY LEGITIMATE COMPANY WOULD COMMUNICATE IMMEDIATELY AND PROVIDE TIMELY REAL-TIME UPDATES WITH THEIR CUSTOMER ABOUT ANY CRASH, EMERGENCIES OR DELAYS BUT UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THAT HAPPENED WITH THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY, TMSHIPPING, EVEN THEIR REPLY IS SEVERAL DAYS PAST THE CONTRACTUALLY AGREED UPON TIME OF PICK UP WHICH WAS SET BACK IN JUNE—WELL BEFORE THE JULY 4 HOLIDAY.

During the period of collaboration with the trucking company, TM has established itself as a reliable company, whose employees quickly and professionally approach each order. Provide clear and understandable information about the transaction. My plans are to work with TM Shipping in 2022. Keep it up!

Cheapest rate I found to ship my VW Tiguan from WV to CA. The beginning was a bit bumpy with the back and forth hashing out the details, but they were accurate after all was said and done. They were actually able to pick up a day earlier and delivered 2 days prior to the original date. I was definitely happy with the speedy process.

Even though they were not the cheapest I chose them because they had good reviews. After using their service, I can say that I was very satisfied. Their communication was great and showed up on time. I actually had a delay on my end and they were quick to work with me. My Jeep shipped from Texas to Virginia with no issues. Driver was professional and cordial. I have referred them to a friend and will use them again.

I needed a car pickup right away and TMShipping was able to do it. Pickup was easy and delivery was quick. I also changed the delivery location and it was no trouble. The whole process could not have been any easier.

Highly recommend. Customer service was excellent, no surprise fees. Carrier was top notch. I am a repeat customer and plan to use their service again in the future.

It was fine but the customer service is poor you can barely got your questions answer from them from Gmail or call. The driver was good the problem is that they 2 days delay. Well is all good and my car ship safely within 4 days and the driver was very friendly so I am satisfied with it.

First, I was impressed with the price of my vehicle. Secondly, I received excellent service and communication throughout the shipment of my car. Delivery was fast and clear, the vehicle was undamaged and the mileage was the same as before the shipment. I was very happy and would definitely take advantage of TMshipping again.

I was immersed in the number of prices received. The TM Shipping has a lot of good reviews, so my car went with them. The price was competitive, but the service was great. My driver was very nice and I arrived at my destination the day before it was guaranteed. He updated me every few days on the round trip. It's nice to trust an experienced company.

Do not use this service. I made arrangementts months prior to ship date - ship date comes and the broker blames me for not taking his call - which he never did call me!! Go to direct carriers.......

I have a contract with dates and fees - they did not honor the contract. I will contact BBB and turn them in...

Deceptive invoicing. They wait until you have submitted all your information and details and then charge another $199 for some administrative fee. The quote clearly states that there are no additional fees and the invoice comes from TMS Shipping LLC. If the $199 additional fee is paid to TMS shipping it should be reflected on the quote.

This is my 2nd time using TM Shipping and I will tell you, hands down I will not use anybody else straight forward honest about there quotes no hidden fees, I gave 5 stars because of my experience alone, and the driver came earlier than expected, no lie I just want to say if I have a car to ship TM all the way true story I do not have enough time to say every thing but, I will thank them and the driver for a job well done, I am very pleased.

This was my first time using a shipping company for vehicle transportation and they made everything so easy! They do charge a $188 booking fee but they will not charge you untill delivery. My delivery guy was very nice only took two and half days from signing the contract to delivery to get my car. If I had questions he always answered his text or phone calls. Very professional! Price was perfect way less than other companies and the service was better than expected. I did have to request the drivers insurance but it was sent over with no problems. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything!

From the time we contacted the company TMSHIPPING we had a great experience. Kate was our contact person and she was amazingly helpful and on top of the whole process. Very Impressive. I think she deserve SIX stars.
