Assistance makes the difference

When I first acquired the tags for most probably an error in registration one of the 3 tags did not appear in my profile. After several communications, The support team helped me to have it solved. Mistakes can always happen, having the correct assistance to solve them is premium. Special thanks to Sophie for her care.

Good customer service when needed

I have used these Trace Me Tags for years. Recently I lost one of my 2 tags but after requesting a replacement, one was issued without fuss.
It nice to know that there is something to fall back on if and when you have the shock of losing your luggage when flying.
Also I have to say they now have a very good website.

I've had these tags for years and…

I've had these tags for years and thankfully never needed to call on their service. However on a recent occasion one of my tags got trapped in the carousel and ripped off. Sophie at Trace Me had no hesitation in sending me a new one. I only had to pay for p&p which i think is very fair. Thanks Sophie 😊

Great support, very reactive!
We had an issue registering tags and the account (partially due to my typo), but it was analyzed and fixed quickly and efficiently.

I haven’t needed to use the service yet for tracing my luggage, but so far, the experience has been excellent.

The server was down quite often when i tried to register tags

A must-have for peace of mind while travelling

This is the third time I’ve used TRACE ME and honestly, I wouldn’t travel without it now. While thankfully I’ve never had to use the service in a lost luggage situation (touch wood!), just knowing it’s there gives me real peace of mind. It’s like a safety net for your suitcase – and let’s face it, with the way baggage sometimes goes missing, it’s good to have a bit of backup!

The service works with airport and airline systems worldwide, which is pretty reassuring. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference to how relaxed I feel about my luggage making it to the same destination as me.

I’ve contacted Customer Services twice and both times they were brilliant – really helpful, friendly, and just easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.

I’d 100% recommend TRACE ME to anyone who travels. It’s simple, effective, and gives that extra bit of security – which is priceless when you’re off on your holidays.

What a find this has been!

What a find this has been! Trace Me have given me continued peace of my mind over many holidays. The thought of losing my precious belongings- much loved shoes, dresses and handbags is just too mush to bear!
I recently needed to contact their customer service centre regarding an update to my subscription and I cannot speak highly enough about the care, courtesy and empathy I received.

So many good things.

First, it is a great service.

I ALWAYS fly with TRACE ME Smart ID on my bags !

I've used TMLT for a few years and have also bought the tags for other family members. Phone and email contact is usually dealt with by SOPHIE who is brilliant and a great advertisement for the Company. She replies qiuckly to help resolve any issues or questions. The website and the app are excellent.
We are now putting tags on CABIN baggage. Eventhough within airline rules I have seen bags taken away at boarding if there's too much cabin baggage already loaded. I put all my really important stuff in that bag so if it is taken away from me I now have the security of being able to track it.
I NEVER fly without TRACE ME Smart ID on my luggage.

I LOVE Trace Me they are the best.

I LOVE Trace Me as they give me complete peace of mind when travelling, knowing if my luggage is misplaced I can give my T.M. number to the airport and make it 100 times easier to locate it. Also their customer service is beyond fabulous as the founder and owner is a lovely, friendly and efficient lady who takes care to ensure her customers are absolutely treated with care and complete satisfaction. I had not travelled for three years and could not be sure about the status of the three tags I had, but one email and it was all sorted. Not only immediate satisfaction but a truly personal service. Thank you Trace Me!

Been using Trace Me tags for 2 years

Been using Trace Me tags for 2 years. It does give me peace of mind. Not had any lost luggage yet. Fingers crossed. Recently renewed my tags. Good system once you realise that the tags are connected by your email address. You don’t need to specify with the tag ID.
