First thing first, from the beginning of my dental journey with TML SMILE STUDIO was they were communicating with me, giving me the confidence to come to see them. I was nervous at first but never under pressure. I was so well informed that I was extremely confident to go through with them to thee end of this process.
The dental staff were very experienced and excellent people who was extremely supportive and patient with me. I will never be scared again of going to see my dentist again. They have given me a beautiful new smile and a new lease on life!!! I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone for making this possible, The staff are attentive and couldn’t do enough to help with anything questions I asked. So yes, a 100% happy! I had time to take walks and do a little shopping too! I have had lots of compliments from my friends and my work colleagues which has boosted my confidence.

Very poor, I went after speaking to a lady over WhatsApp, all of sudden before I was due to fly out she left and quit and went to another job (which isn’t a problem) I spoke to another lady, nice got along with her she helped, got to turkey the hotel was disgusting when I first got there the hotel staff even moved us room “upgraded” us for £0 cost because they messed up! Anyway I get to the dental and all good do my teeth shaven and stuff , they said they will do half now because my gum health isn’t so good (so they will leave temp teeth in) I said ok I will pay half’s of payment up front now cash and the rest when I come back! I was fine with that , I get my temp teeth put in, I wasn’t happy , I went at 9am they had me waiting around at the clinic just for my temp teeth to be put in again as I wasn’t happy , came to 3pm and they said 30 minutes they will be ready, 4 ish they said they won’t be ready till 8pm!!!! So they said wait outside and we will get you back to hotel and then bring you back, this was all for my temp teeth, I told them am not happy am going home back to the uk the next day, they had me waiting out side another 20 minutes before the driver took me back to the hotel, I got there and after couple hours they picked me back up, sat there waiting for my temp teeth they put them in and I still wasn’t happy , they didn’t listen to how I wanted them, yes there temp teeth but they was staying in for 2 months as that’s when I could come back so wanted them looking fine enough not to look silly, one side was sticking out, I was that tired and fed up I wanted to get back to hotel and fly back home, I just said that’s gunna have to do I want to go back tomorrow home and your messing about with the temp never mind the real teeth!!! Anyway I got home , heard nothing at all after couple days asking how my teeth was feeling or anything, I message them… the girl that sorted it all out had also left and another women took over! Very poor communication, 3 months later and I still haven’t had my teeth done and the manger (English lady ) tried her best to keep me and knock cash of but I had no trust now, I planned to go back but I stopped, am now looking else where to get them finished of ferment teeth, don’t think I will be getting money back either!!!! I will be speaking to my medical advisor soon as I speak to Bren

They picked me up from the airport with a VIP service
took me to the clinic, checked my teeth, took x-rays, made a treatment plan, took me to my hotel, came and picked me up from the hotel at every clinic visit, performed my treatment, picked me up again and dropped me off to the airport.
Everyone in the clinic, doctors and the assistants, was very helpful
