can't withdraw
been trying to withdraw and keep getting told excuses about why they can't complete. very poor customer service. Even the service rep tells me the same thing. Like they are coping and pasting. I tracked my cryptocurrency all the way to hear and then it just disappeared. I understand TMGM is not associated with Full Crown Market Limited.
keep getting told either:
"Rejected HELLO, BECAUSE THE WEEKEND IS NOT WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWAL, PLEASE SUBMIT THE WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY IN UK TIME, THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!,FUND BACK TO MT, TICKET ######"

I feel really disappointed about withdrawal the money I try to do 3 day already still can’t do it, I think something wrong with that. the reason say the network upgrade, but how to do the 3day still can’t upgrade done the customer service like that make I feel the money can’t take it out . I thin the FULL CROWN market limited the member the money can’t not able to take out anymore , the company is the scam company.

USDT TRC-20 Deposit
I was not sure if the deposit via TRC-20 USDT may have problem due to shortage of USDT1 because of the transfer fee incurred. However, the support has kept me updated on the status and the deposit was completed in less than 20 minutes. Very efficient.

Very disappointed with the deposit and…
Very disappointed with the deposit and withdraw method. So I was using a credit card to deposit money, and eventually I cannot withdraw the money through the same channel of refund it back. I gotta use another method that contains huge fee such as global wire transfer. So if anyone like to use credit card to deposit and withdraw money through refund in order to reduce the fee, please stay away from this broker as they cant provide you the service of refund!!!

Please return my money
Please return my money. You closed all my positions in loses even though I told them that I will manage my trades by myself.
I opened an account with Tmgm to start copy trading and I signed agreement with the fund manager to copy my trades. On June 14 and due to FOMC High News, the trading account reached 50% Drawdown. When I saw how risky was their management, I asked them and written clearly twice "please stop Mangment my account from your EA or manual trading so I mange it by self."
The second time they asked me that "you can stop the trades if you want"
I replied " thank I will manage my trades by myself"
After that all the open trades were closed with loses.
I asked for compensation or a bonus but they didn't.
