The 6x8 metal shed is great. Delivery was timely. I’m very happy with the product and delivery. Assembly is another thing. The assembly directions are pretty poor. Clearly not the same quality as the product. You hurt yourselves because the product is great but the directions are terrible. I had to take multiple parts off and turn them around and reassemble because the directions are not descriptive enough. Pictures don’t work because the detail and angle of assembly are not clear. Do yourselves and your customers a favor and improve the assembly manual.

It was easy to order and the product came in quickly

i purchased a tire machine and what crap it is .. i have to replace all the air lines and these guys didnt get back to me for any warranty,, buy a coats machine or something of better quality unless you like replacing air lines..not recommended.i replaced some of the original lines with better quality so i can sell this junk. how ever the ones under the turn table have now let go, the first one leaked as soon as i hooked up the machine.

Everything worked out great, and we put the large toolbox to good use!

We purchased a building a year and half ago, just very recently erected to building less then a month ago and for unknown reasons the building collapsed in less then 30 days. I contacted TMG and explained what happened, Customer service Rep Ryan Drake went above and beyond. We knew we were well over the warranty period, Ryan and the management team worked with us and made it right when the had no obligation to us at all. No questions asked we will definitely be return customers in the future !!

Don't Buy TMG that's all I can say. I just purchased the TMG GSB34 34 inch tracked for almost 4k. DO NOT BUY!!! First the free shipping is not free. They will call you after the sale and ask for a special free if its going to a home on top of $120 insurance shipping fee, then asked me to help pay towards a $250 additional fee. I said no and they still delivered it. I could get the gear to engage so call the service number all they did was send me a digital copy of the manual that came with it. I asked for a phone call, My fried figured out it was something wrong with the safety switch and giggling the crap out of it worked. Finally its up and running got about 20 feet and the track falls off. I have now wasted hours on this with no snow plowed and now I need to pay someone to come plow my driveway!!!!

A couple of items were damaged in shipment due to the shipping company. TMG was good by it and had replacements shipped out immediately.

I was trying to make sure that I got a call before they delivered my machine and was cut off and told that that’s pretty well standard procedure so I called a manager he took up for him

Estes is a terrible delivery company. TMG should not work with them any longer. The delivery company changed the delivery date twice after I confirmed the original date over the phone. They just texted me new dates without calling. I was able to call and get it switched back to the second date after they texted me the third date. Then, the link in the out for delivery text said the wrong date too. I had rented a tractor to unload the delivery, and was coordinating with our maintenance guy, so these date changes were very frustrating.

Tmg will call you check if you have necessary equipment and transportation before they deliver.

Excellent service and so far the product has done a great job so far.

Nobody is perfect, But my experience was top notch and i have only one complaint, that the manufacturer could not give extra parts. Thank you TMG for the smooth and quick shipping

Ordered a skid steer snow blower for $6500 . Had to assembly a lot of the blower which took a couple of hrs . The hydraulic fittings on the motor were shipped damaged and not damaged on shipping cause motor was wrapped separately and there was no damage to wrapping . couldn't get the hydraulic hoses to seal . Spend a day emailing and on the phone to get fittings replaced . Still have no confirmation for replacing fittings, another day will pass still not abow to use and it will take a couple of days to get fittings . $6500 and can't use snow blower

Had what we needed to quote and was patient with the bidding process

Delivery, payment, very slow. Zero customer service. It took 25 days to deliver the material in stock with them. The motto says "Get things done" - I don't think they take it seriously
