I had purchased LV imagination, Afternoon Swim and Pacific Chill from the TMPH. All were good. Only problem is it takes eight to jine days for delivery and many time wrong perfume is dispatched but they very courteusly replace them.

I am writing this as a professional chef and a frequent traveler who has dealt with businesses worldwide—The Perfume House (TM Perfume House) is the most dishonest, fraudulent entity I have ever encountered in India. They don't just have "bad delivery"; they have a systematic process for stealing money from customers.

The "Trap" (April 1st – April 2nd)
I specifically told them I was leaving the country on April 7th. They promised "Priority Dispatch" if I paid in full upfront. I paid ₹2,700 for three 100ml bottles (Creed Aventus, Hawas, and Azzaro Most Wanted). As soon as they get your money, the "Priority" ends and the "Scam" begins.

The "Fake Tracking" Phase (April 3rd – April 15th)
For two weeks, they played "Cat and Mouse." They gave me a tracking number that never updated. They blamed Blue Dart, then they blamed DTDC. They told me it was "stuck in a hub." This is a classic stall tactic to prevent you from filing a bank chargeback while your money sits in their account.

The "Damaged Goods" Lie (April 16th – April 21st)
When I finally cornered them with proof that nothing had been shipped, they changed their story: "Sir, your parcel was damaged in Kolkata." They had no proof, no photos, and no return-to-origin (RTO) status. It was a blatant lie to cover up the fact that they never intended to deliver the goods before I left the country.

The "Refund" Ghosting (April 22nd – April 24th)
On April 22nd, they acted like they were going to be honest. They asked for my UPI ID (7044505383@)*. I provided it immediately. It has been 48 hours and they have ghosted me. They have my money, they have the product, and I have nothing but 500+ ignored messages.

TO THE OWNERS (S. Dhurue & Team): You are thieves. You are looting people in the name of "luxury clones." I have already filed my complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and am processing a Police FIR for Cheating (Section 420).
