Poor customer service! Bought a luxury bag that falling apart. Looks horrible now. They don’t respond to e-mail

The products are good and authentic, delivery was also fast.
But I can only give 3 stars out because customer service is quite poor and never responds to emails. I now wish to return one item from my order, and apparently I need to wait for customer service to "review" my return request and get back to me. These processes MUST be automated, I cannot wait until my 14 days expires.

I bought an item and the checkout info said i would be required to pay import duties 'If you shop from outside Europe, Norway, Switzerland, UK'. I am UK based so was led to believe therefore, i wouldn't have to pay additional import fees. I was then invoiced £267 from the courier. TLUXY just said they had informed me at checkout of the charges and it was in their T&C'S, then ignored my subsequent emails asking them to review this so i was stuck with these charges. I don't know if this is deliberate or as a result of the language barrier-but i wouldn't have bought the item had i realised there would be additional charges.

Ich habe defekte Schuhe zurück gesendet, leider meldet sich keiner beim Kundenservice und mein Geld wurde immer noch nicht zurück überwiesen. Bin richtig sauer uns enttäuscht, da es sich um einen hohen Betrag handelt

Borsa originale. Ottimo sconto e spedizione super rapida. Temevo mi arrivasse un fake o peggio, visto il prezzo molto scontato per una borsa pressoché introvabile e invece… 10 e lode. Impacchettata bene e con cura, alla pari di grossi marketplace tipo Farfetch.
Per il servizio clienti non saprei in quanto non ne ho avuto bisogno.
In futuro comprerò altro sicuramente.

Grazie alla ricerca su google ho trovato questo negozio dove ho acquistato delle scarpe Saint laurent ad un prezzo incredibile! All'inizio ero un pò titubante ma mi sono dovuto ricredere: con la spedizione dhl express gratuita le scarpe sono arrivate nel giro di 2 giorni. Spedizione assicurata gratuitamente per un valore di 2500 euro (sicuramente un plus che da maggiore sicurezza a chi acquista)
Purtroppo il numero non era quello giusto quindi ho dovuto fare il reso: procedura semplice e snella. È ancora nel giro di pochi giorni il reso è stato accettato. Ho quindi fatto un altro ordine per il numero corretto. Ottima esperienza, lo consiglio vivamente e se avrò occasione lo utilizzerò ancora!

My experience with this company was really great. Super fast shipping with customer service reps that respond rather quickly to questions . I ended up purchasing a Fendi bum bag for a really nice price. Compared to other retailers that sold it for hundreds more. I got it on sale in addition to a new subscribers discount (10% off)!! Shipped from Italy to USA and in 4days, i received it. I am 100% satisfied and I will shop here again!!
